Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, great access to food and cultural locales. The pool, sauna, cold soak, locker room and gym area were truly exceptional, the best I have ever experienced at a hotel! Really appreciated the location and being surrounded by the restaurants, shops, museums, parks and historical locales of Quebec City.
The room itself felt a little dated, the windows were a little tired, and it would have been nice to have a second entrance to the hotel off the main pedestrian thoroughfare.
The hotel was located in a wonderful section of the old Quebec City! It was a just a stones throw away from some wonderful restaurants and shops! It was also very close to the St. Lawrence River!! Just an absolutely beautiful area!
There was NOTHING we didn’t like! It was an absolutely wonderful property!!

Excellent location in the old town and a five minute walk from the train station. Very comfortable room. Lovely bathroom. Very attractive leisure centre. Friendly staff.

A renovated hotel is in a very good location, central and with a very nice Spa and gym. The entrance has stairs and a porter is attentive to assist guests with luggage. There is another way to access from the Chez Boulay restaurant when it is open too. A moderate 10-min walk from the train station, steep climb for about half of the way if you don't mind the walk. Very comfortable beds, elite coffee machine, all toiletries in room and spa. There are very nice hotels in all that area, smaller and cute. The price-point is high, it does not include breakfast but you can opt for it at about $30 per person. Staff are polite, rooms are comfortable, and the area is easy to walk most everywhere.
Room service came at before 9 am to do the room. They left a tag saying, give or take, sorry you missed your chance. Upon request, they came at a more reasonable time. It happened twice in 4 days.
AC noisy but worked well.
The location was excellent! So close to shopping and restaurants, it was very easy to get around. The Chez Boulay restaurant in the hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it!
The 23 stairs to get to the lobby were a surprise. It’s great they have people to help with luggage but the stairs do limit how often you come and go from the hotel. Other than that, the hotel was great!
L’emplacement avec le service valet pour la voiture, la chambre était grande, propre, bien équipée. L’accès à de l’eau potable et glaçons est appréciable et la piscine est très agréable
La climatisation était très froide dans la salle de petit déjeuner, les serveurs pas très aimables et le prix est cher pour ce qui est proposé de ce fait nous l’avons pris qu’une seule fois , de même la climatisation dans la salle de sport était très froide

There were maintenance works at the entrance plus road works. Parking is charged separately.

Had room facing closed pedestrian street on 2nd floor and it was very noisy on Saturday night till very late.

Le seul bémol est le prix du petit-déjeuner, trop élevé par rapport à ce qui est fourni. Le petit-déjeuner tel qu’il est devrait être inclus. De plus, si l’on souhaite prendre un café autre que du café filtre (cappuccino par exemple), il est facturé en sus.
