Historic Stay with an Unbeatable Old Québec Location
Pros:

Hôtel Manoir Victoria offers a pleasant stay with nice historic charm and traditional flair. The real highlight of the hotel is its location, which is ideal for exploring Old Québec entirely on foot. While there is certainly room for minor modernizations, the classic atmosphere and prime walking access to nearby sights, dining, and shops make it a solid, convenient choice for visiting the city.

Cons:

The mandatory valet parking is quite expensive with no self-parking option, and breakfast was disappointing due to a limited buffet selection and slow, unmindful service.

Pros:

The location was perfect walking distance to all amenities that the old part of Quebec City had to offer. Our room had ample space and was extremely clean. Parking on site was very accessible and convenient. We also enjoyed the access to the Chez Boulez restaurant on the premises!

Magical time in a beautiful city! The hotel helped us to do and see all that was on our list!
Pros:

Great location. Spacious room. Excellent restaurant! But the best part for us was the warm pool and work out area. We have mobility issues and need those amenities to keep us moving and physically able to do the touring that we want.

Cons:

Hard to reserve time at the restaurant- which is excellent.

Location de voiture, juste à côté de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Dommage que les groupes sont prioritaires au petit déjeuner...! Cependant, nous avons pu prendre notre petit déjeuner tous les jours de notre séjour.
Accès à l'hôtel par un escalier d'entrée difficile.

L’emplacement dans le vieux Québec à 2 pas de la rue saint jean , possibilité de parking sur place ( payant)
2 très bons restaurants avec accès direct depuis l’hôtel .

Cons:

Le tarif , le bruit des ventilations des cuisines qui résonnent dans la chambre bien que nous étions au 6 eme étage , le manque de charme et de luminosité de la chambre , le parking nous a été facturé 2 fois par erreur, petit déjeuner très moyen vu le prix payé , pas de pain frais, pas de jus d’orange pressé .

Bernard is tops.
Pros:

Bernard at reception was absolutely outstanding. He noticed that my wife was carrying a cut rise with her. Within ten minutes of arriving in our room Bernard had an attendant bring us a vase with water fir the rose.
During checkin, he was courteous, informative and helpful.
Bernard has a a wonderful personality.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great.

Bello e centrale ma con qualche piccolo difetto
Pros:

Hotel storico situato in pienissimo centro storico, ha una hall molto bella e una camera molto grande e pulita. C'è anche una bella piscina. Non abbiamo optato per la colazione ma all'interno dell'hotel c'è un piccolo negozio che vende, tra le altre cose, croissant e pain au chocolat eccellenti. Il parcheggio si paga a parte ed è effettuato con un servizio di valet. All'entrata ci sono una ventina di scalini da salire ma il personale aiuta con i bagagli.

Cons:

In generale lo staff non era super cordiale, gli ascensori molto lenti. Il personale delle pulizie lascia un biglietto che dice che la stanza non verrà pulita se trovano il "non disturbare" oltre una certa ora (nel nostro caso erano le 8:45...). Le stanze affacciano sulle vie centrali quindi la sera si sente un po' di rumore dalla strada e dai locali.
