OVERPRICED.... Housekeeping more helpful than front desk!!!!

Cons:

Called ahead to make sure could use firestick. I was advised could use NOT THE CASE. Contacted Hilton customer service referred back to hotel no answer. Paid for a suite only difference was a partial sofa cushion need repair. The cost at Best Western would have been $50.00 less no firestick, staff said sorry. Filed a complaint with Hilton customer service, not expecting any response along with previous rewards missing from account. Front desk manager suppose to call about firestick no response so far.

Pros:

The front desk agent was really nice. The hotel is in a great location.

Cons:

The room was very dated and not cleaned very well. There wasn't any air conditioning in the hallway and the breakfast was mediocre.
