Hampton Inn Aiken

Very nice breakfast with many choices. Staff friendly and helpful. They were outstanding!

everything was dirty. we had bugs and mld all n our room. the breakfast was comprised of poor quality processed foods

Loved. Beds always compfy. Pillows. Hot water. Great breakfast !

bathroom water pressure was low, wallpaper coming off wall behind toilet, paint coming off the outside of the windows..

I am a diamond member and love the hilton chains. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was as one would expect at a hampton inn, hot large selection and very good. Something for everyone.

Clean quite nice staff

The fabulous staff -- from Wilson to Gail to Angie and the woman at the front desk -- made this otherwise dreary property passable. Most of the ice machines worked and the ice tasted fine. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked. Linens were comfy. Angie did great job prepping our room each day.

Let us check in way early. Great friendly people at desk, easy parking, very nice hotel.
Like to point out Phillip the night worker, very social, bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of.

Nasty, dirty hotel. This hotel is way past its prime and is an embarrassment to the Hilton brand. My room was filthy, with broken tiles, rodent droppings and mold in the shower. In addition, this room was an upgrade with a spa tub that had track lighting above it with a bulb hanging out. To be fair, I told the desk when I left and showed pictures and they offered an adjustment, but nothing has been sent or shown since. There are plenty of other hotels around where you would not have to pay money for dirt.

TERRIBLE- don’t stay here there are many other choices in town - that fill up quickly. We arrived late( after 11pm). Our first clue should have been that the reception was not clean with garage flowing out of the cans. our first room had rotten food in the garbage which made the room smell. The guy at the front desk said they only had one room left which we said we would take. On first inspection the room looked fine we started to wipe it down. When we noticed we had room mates ( roaches) when I called downs stairs to the front desk the receptionist said “I’m not surprised”. We spent the next 90 mins driving around Aiken trying to find a hotel room. They said they reversed the charges on my CC

Wonderful check in staff. 1st room was non-smoking but seemed anomeone had smoked heavily in. When brought to front desk attention, she quickly moved us into a new room. I anppreciate that she went above and beyond when the issue was brought to her attention. Thank you!

Hotel is old and run down. Lots of young quests roaming in hallways and lobby, babies crying, parents talking loudly and sound traveled.
Headboard fell off wall on to my head at midnight night one of three booked. Between that, the state of disrepair and cleanliness of the property, we checked out at 12:30 am and had the entire stay refunded

We were somewhat disappointed.
