we reserved a queen handicap suite, the first employee that checked us on stated that wasn't available, even though nothing was sent to us telling us that it wasn't available and we were being downgraded but the price was still the same. cant believe that. So the manager stated that she can give us a king suite which isn't the same room but close enough and it was 2 available, why did he say it wasn't. Unprofessional. So we move our stuff to one of our rooms because we reserved 2, and the AC didn't work, it was so hot in there. Did they not know that prior to us in the room? So we had to move again for the 3rd time. So we were not pleased at all!!!!

I had an issue with my television set and unfortunately could not be changed my room cause they said they are fully booked
Thought with bigger refrigerators you would have ice in the room but no you have to go to the ice making machine

I needed to call three times about very loud guests down the hall from us. The first call was at 2:00 am, then after no change in noise, 2:30, then around 3:00. I then got dressed and walked downstairs to discuss the issue facebto face with kento. I was furious as no significant steps were taken to address the noise. We flew across country and desperately needed a good night's sleep. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN!!!!!!!!

I experienced a significant delay exceeding four hours while awaiting the hotel shuttle at the airport. A colleague contacted the hotel on my behalf, and the front desk representative, an African American woman whose name I do not recall, informed him that the shuttle had departed at 12:00 PM and would not return until 3:00 PM, despite our presence since 11:30 AM. Upon my subsequent call, the representative altered her account, stating that the shuttle had made three attempts to locate us, which was inaccurate as we remained at the designated pick-up point throughout. She further claimed that attempts were made to contact me, but my international phone number was disconnected. However, I had sent multiple chat messages to the hotel, informing them of my daughter's and my presence at the airport. I had previously requested an early check-in due to our 19-hour flight and was prepared to pay for this service, but the hotel did not respond to my request. It is possible that this lack of response contributed to our extended wait from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Had the representative offered an apology, I would have accepted it; however, her lack of apology and the inconsistent information provided demonstrated a lapse in professional conduct and customer service. I would like to commend Caren and Shane for their exceptional politeness and professionalism. The aforementioned front desk representative was the sole negative aspect of my stay.
