Breakfast was very good and convenient. The only problem is the coffee in the dispensers is not very hot by the time 9 or so rolls around. Suggest staff stagger when coffee added to dispensers instead of just filling first thing.
The road behind the mall to get to the place is terrible!
Very old previously owned with minimal upkeep over the years. Simple things like deteriorated window shades. Others like poor ac heat units. Poor plumbing with leaks through walls into bedroom. They clearly are aware of situation and explained immediately at time of check in that all remodel items are back ordered. But at over $150.00 night. This location is 50% overcharged and I feel I am owed that back in some form of overpayment.

This hotel is just worn out. The room was clean but ragged.it had a funky smell and was incredibly noisy. It is really close to the highway and you could hear every vehicle. It just wasn’t what I would have expected for the price.
The place is very run down It was clean but seems like it’s falling apart. Close to highway lots of noise
This is by far the worst Hampton we have stayed at and we spend 100 to 150 nights a year at Hampton properties. It is old, run down and dirty. And yet they charge $142 a night!
Breakfast sucked.
Location courteousness of all staff
Very bad management and staff Very rude front desk was working morning
Change manager or give them trainings for customer service
Nice location to get to food and the outlet mall
Not enough lighting
Old, very old, Hampton. Clean and simple rooms. Even though bathroom has been modernized, poor water pressure and cheap fixtures. Room was ok. No frills. Antiquated elevator system to access 2 nd floor. Way overpriced
Scary location
Floors dirty, no baseboards to hide all the missing and broken plaster, no headboard, mattress hard and not restful, and for $180 the worst value I’ve experienced ever.
Not much to speak on.
Location wasn’t very appealing.
