Comfortable but disappointing facilities.
Pros:

Good location on Broadway, close to Pearl Street.

Cons:

We chose this location for its amenities, however, the first day that we arrived the pool was closed, and the hot tub was unavailable. On the second day, the pool was open, but not cleaned or filtered. There was debris throughout the pool and the filter was stuffed. The third and fourth day, the pool remained the same, unswimmable. We brought this to the attention of management and requested that the pool be skinned, but no one did. We looked forward to swimming, and soaking in the hot tub after a day of hiking. It was very disappointing to not have those major amenities available.
The staff were all very nice and friendly.

potential scam, do not book
Pros:

Nothing, my stay was a disaster.

Cons:

Do not book this hotel using booking.com. My reservation never reached the hotel (at least that is what the clerk claims) and I was forced to pay for a new reservation on the spot. I talked to booking.com support on the phone for a long long time, there is nothing they can do about. This feels like a scam. 3 weeks after my stay at this place, booking.com still hasn't refunded me.

Pros:

Nice location on north side of Boulder, Property was very nice, felt like higher end accommodations. Incredible value for the money. Would definitely return.

It was good.
Pros:

It’s a decent room, free breakfast is what you’d expect nothing fancy but suffice. The hot tub was clean and a great temp. Having my dog was fantastic, quiet.

Cons:

The room was humid when we got there and not the cleanest. Fridge was defrosted and warm had to pull it out to adjust the temperature.

Budget-friendly in North Boulder
Pros:

We were very pleased with this hotel. Lots of free parking. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Large room with choice of seating options. A large, bright breakfast room with good selection. Cheerful staff. Very quiet at night. Property is well-maintained. Not located in downtown Boulder, so maybe not ideal if you want to be in the heart of the action.

Great stay in Boulder
Pros:

Great location for my road trip. Super-friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast options. Quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

Not the hotel's issue: The water was off for several hours. This was planned for a development next door, but extended several hours longer than expected. This was my bad luck and in no way a fault of the hotel. Reception provided free bottled water and microwave meals to compensate. I don't recall his name, but the guy there was really helpful.
