Very good.
Pros:

Usual confort to be expected from IHG. Nice surprise was the museum railway carriage in the restaurant. Breakfast was a bit superior to the Americal standard. Easy parking and very close to Yellowstone NP entrance.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, rather eat other restaurants in town. Bar was great at night. King jacuzzi room was great. Beds were nice tubs were big.

Cons:

Restaurant food is just ok.

Basic hotel - probably overpriced
Pros:

We stayed at Holiday Inn West for 3 nights with a small photo group. The hotel is OK for a few days but pretty basic and probably overpriced, although we did not book with them directly. No breakfast is included with your room although breakfast was included in our group tour cost. The breakfast was OK but again overpriced (around $18.00 as I recall) and pretty basic. Seating was very disorganized with several groups trying to get breakfast early while the staff had no idea they were coming. They also don't start serving until 6:30 am.

Very comfortable. I will stay with you again.
Pros:

I like oatmeal and you had all the additives I like to put in to it. I like my bacon crisp but it gets limp when put under a plastic dome. I really liked that you had whole apples. I found the scrambled eggs a bit tough. Again because they were kept warm under a dome. I chose the buffet because it was faster than ordering. Only because I wanted to spend as much time in Yellowstone as possible.

Excellent, will stay again on next visit.
Pros:

Breakfast was always good, but there was a tall dark haired male waiter that was somewhat rude to several customers, including myself and my wife. One morning he intentionally ignored a line of other guest waiting to set down and eat.

The dark haired male waiter in the resurant. Very bad attitude and no people skills,
