Basic hotel - probably overpriced
Pros:

We stayed at Holiday Inn West for 3 nights with a small photo group. The hotel is OK for a few days but pretty basic and probably overpriced, although we did not book with them directly. No breakfast is included with your room although breakfast was included in our group tour cost. The breakfast was OK but again overpriced (around $18.00 as I recall) and pretty basic. Seating was very disorganized with several groups trying to get breakfast early while the staff had no idea they were coming. They also don't start serving until 6:30 am.

Very comfortable. I will stay with you again.
Pros:

I like oatmeal and you had all the additives I like to put in to it. I like my bacon crisp but it gets limp when put under a plastic dome. I really liked that you had whole apples. I found the scrambled eggs a bit tough. Again because they were kept warm under a dome. I chose the buffet because it was faster than ordering. Only because I wanted to spend as much time in Yellowstone as possible.

Pros:

Breakfast was always good, but there was a tall dark haired male waiter that was somewhat rude to several customers, including myself and my wife. One morning he intentionally ignored a line of other guest waiting to set down and eat.

Very comfortable, great location and appreciated guest laundry room very much!!
Pros:

Location was great for park activities and we could walk to restaurants at night. They have plenty of parking and onsite free gues laundry area with washer and dryers. They sold laundry detergent if needed too!

Petit déjeuner médiocre.De plus des frais supplémentaires ont été facturé pour l’utilisation de la piscine ????les boissons à disposition à l’accueil ??? Le tout pour 31,02$ qui n’étaient pas prévus et pour des services que nous n’avons même pas utilisés.C’est tout simplement de la vente forcée ou du vol,de toutes façons nous sommes piégés puisqu’ils ont l’empreinte de la carte bancaire !le personnel n’est même pas capable d’expliquer correctement pourquoi ils facturent cette somme !
