Great stay, food not so much but you have choices.
Pros:

Probably one of the nicest hotels in west Yellowstone. Great location and facilities.

Cons:

The Branch restaurant was disappointing. The menu was limited and although the website shows a breakfast menu they only offered a buffet. We ended up eating out in town.

Das beste Hotel in der Stadt, beste Lage!
Pros:

Das ist das beste Hotel in der Stadt West Yellow Stone. Andere Hotels haben keine Sterne, keine bekannten Namen. Eigentlich eine pure Katastrophe was daneben sich befand. Unser Hotel war sehr sauber, sehr gemütliche weiche Betten. Auch die Kissen waren super weich. Ausreichend Handtücher pro Tag und Person. Das Restaurant war sehr gut. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück schmeckte sehr gut. Wir sind 5-köpfige Familie und alle haben unterschiedliche Geschmäcke, aber jeder hatte etwas super leckeres für sich entdeckt! Bison Steak hatte meinen Jungs sehr gefallen. Es sind nur 6-7 Min. mitm Auto bis zum Park! Das beste Hotel!

Very noisy, bad design of the building
Pros:

Most of the staff are nice and helpful except for one who didn’t like probably my curiosity to learn more about the area and hotel services. The location is also very good.

Cons:

The noise comes from every corner to the room. The ceiling shakes with every movement from the upper floors. The laundry room is just opposite the room doors which are not isolated and a lot of people and staff gather to use the facility. The room doors themselves are designed to make the loudest noise slammed by their weird closing mechanism, you can hear that around the clock. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay especially if what you need is an early sleep to catch the best scenes in the morning in Yellowstone National Park. I ended up being late due to lack of sleep and being exhausted. I would not recommend this hotel at all if your plan is to have a relaxed comfortable stay.

Pros:

We loved staying at this IHG property. It met all of our expectations and was a great base to access all parts of Yellowstone in as little time as possible.

Cons:

I can't think of anything this IHG property could improve on.

Great stay. Great location. Comfortable property overall.
Pros:

Clean, modern (but still perfectly rustic), and the nicest Holiday Inn at which I’ve ever had the pleasure to be a guest. Plenty of gathering spaces, helpful staff and onsite restaurant and bar. Could NOT be more convenient to Yellowstone NP.

Cons:

$19 for a buffet breakfast is a little high, but everything was pricey. Lots of other local options though.

Nice stay
Pros:

Stayed at the Holiday Inn recently through an Amtrak vacation package. The front desk personnel could not have been any more accommodating. They helped us get our luggage to the room and told us of the amenities offered (ice cream and coffee in the lobby).
I am a person with an assistive device and the room was perfect. The shower had easy access and plenty of hand rails for those with balance issues.
The waitstaff at their restaurant were lovely and accommodating. The food was very good.
The only concern was that the room was a long walk from the lobby and restaurant.
They also have a shuttle to bring visitors into town.
I would very much recommend this hotel.
