Not very welcoming
Pros:

The bed

Cons:

Faucets and shower hard to operate. Did not supply enough towels for not offering to refresh the room. Way way overpriced food even more expensive

Paid too much for mediocre hotel—expected more from a Marriott.
Pros:

The front desk clerk at check-in was very friendly.

Cons:

1. Floors were swept only in high traffic areas but not next to lounge chair, under desk and heater, corners of the bathroom. 2) Shower: drain was clogged and water did not drain with up to 4” of water after showering; conditioner on wall fell off and scraped my daughter’s leg. 3) Toilet paper holder wasn’t sturdy—kept rotating dropping TP. 4) Located next to freeway—not quiet until after midnight. 5) Pool lights were turned off without warning while people/children were still in the pool and before schedule closure at 10:45 PM—very dangerous. Young children screamed for their parents.

An inviting, very nice place to stay.
Pros:

Very attractive grounds, kind staff, and a comfortable bed. What’s not to like!

We asked for the room to be clean every day . 1st day not cleaned or trashed out. 2nd night it was trashed out fresh tow

Beautiful patio and lobby area

Cons:

Rooms floor was not clean at check in. Blood stains on the rolled up shower mat. We let front desk know and they came with a clean bath mat.

Beautiful place with gorgeous courtyard. Breakfast not included!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and bar staff was super friendly

Cons:

When we booked it listed it as having a great breakfast but it's not included in the stay and it's pricey for breakfast. Needs to be more clear in listing.

Pros:

Having a bistro located downstairs was a relief from going back out into the city for dinner. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

Cons:

Minor sound issue with the AC unit that kept waking me up through the night.

Overall, pleased enough but beds were not great
Pros:

Secluded. Clean. Bistro was great.

Cons:

No complaints about property itself. I stayed in two different rooms and neither bed was comfortable. They need to be replaced
