We checked in after 11 pm and Elizabeth could not have been sweeter. We came in a day early so we booked on points the first night and then had another stay. When I came down the next day they were expecting me as she had left notes. It’s such a small thing but it was nice to not have to explain everything. Then my kids were joining us for our last night and had two rooms for them. Again, went to the desk and there was notes on the account and but the rooms next to each other. Housekeeping did a great job. Yes they are renovating but I will take great service and communication any day! Thank you to Elizabeth for your kindness and making sure we had a smooth trip.
The indoor pool was closed for renovations. That was the reason we picked that hotel
Very nice updated hotel, they are still in process of renovating. But it’s nice well maintained property.
That I could only use front to enter due to renovations.
Stay away from this disaster hotel!!!! This is the worst Hotel I have stayed. The front desk service staff called Chia or Chai is the rudest person i have ever met in all Marriott related hotels. Very unprofessional and not trained properly! The hotel smells horrible when you get in, the room smells very bad too. Body wash bottle completely empty, the TV channels like CNN, fox news etc all showing snowing screens and broken voices. The outlet on the table not working at all. you have to plug on the wall outlet. Checked out the next morning and booked another hotel.
The hotel is as rundown as the people working there. Location would be the only reason to stay there. If you want a nostalgic return to the 70’s, this is your place.
Condition of the property & food could be better. Windows don’t lock. Door deadbolt doesn’t lock.
The surrounding
The place was getting remodeled
We had an extended stay here due to a move. It was comfortable and clean. The pool was closed due to renovations but I wished they told us that at the time of booking. It was in need of some repair as far as cracked tiles in the kitchen, insulation around dishwasher, etc. But it was clean and roomy. We didn’t use Housekeeping while there but staff was very accommodating when we needed, towels and what not. I liked their toiletries a lot. We had our dog with us as I know other guest did but I never heard any barking and our room was very quiet. We didn’t have the breakfast so I cannot speak to that. The channels on the TV were limited and Hulu sign-in was not an option. But that was minor. Overall a very decent place.
Pool was closed which they should let ppl know on website had smell elevator was broke just was horrible
I did not like the fact that I went through several rooms. They all had bed bugs and on each floor at that. The other issue is I wa contacted stay there to let me know. The pool was closed. However, after further reading into this hotel, I had found out this whole thing tells pool has been closed for at least almost a year.
The location and the comfort of the beds.
The pool was out of service.
Staffs were friendly and accommodating. But the rooms were old and needed maintenance or renovation.
Our first room, the toilet was broken and didn’t flush and smelled like cigarettes when we requested a “non-smoking” room. So we got switched to a different room.
Second room didn’t smell like smoke but the A/C unit was old and loud, rattling the whole room when turned on. Therefore it kept waking us up in the middle of the night. Also the toilet seat this time was broken, but did flushed.
Overall I appreciate the staffs’ services and friendly attitudes but I probably would not book this place again.
This hotel is gross and in disrepair. The walls are pealing, the room is dirty, and it appears they started to renovate the room and stopped mid-way. The pool is closed and disgusting. The workout facility is truly the worst I've ever seen at a hotel.
There are four other Marriott properties all within a quarter mile. My colleagues stayed at the Courtyard and said it was great.
