The front line staff are friendly and very accomodating. Location besides Tanglin mall and MRT makes it very convenient especially during the CNY period. Room and bed is comfortable.

The reception staff was very friendly and efficient. The concierge Kelvin was very professional. He was attentive, helpful, greeted us with a smile and shared solid advice with local flavor. Thank you! Hotel location is stellar, close to Botanic Garden, MRT, Orchard Rd, and convenience store in Tanglin Mall. The room was surprisingly homey for a large hotel. We love this place!

A very nice and strategic staycation place in the heart of Cuscaden Road and just across Orchard Boulevard MRT station. My first time experience staying here was amazing with warm welcome and efficient check in process by Ms Yun En. The room is comfortable, the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam facilities are working well. Thank you so much Jen Tanglin by Shangri-La staffs for great services and hospitality.

Price was the highest in the six places we stayed in Asia.
Late check out and shower facilities to wash after checkout . Staff were amazing.
It was our first international trip with our 4 month old baby in October and the Jen staff left no stone unturned in making it a comfortable and memorable one for us. I also celebrated my birthday there and they made a nice arrangement for me in Club Lounge. The little gestures make a big difference in making the trip special. Right from providing us an early check in (Syirah at Front Desk) after a long travel to remembering our names and making us feel very welcome at breakfast as well as in the club lounge (Special mention for Jenny, Nadia and En with Chef Wei Wah) the team was very courteous throughout our stay. This made our first trip with our baby much less stressful for us. We are going back with our whole family this weekend and looking forward to our next stay at the hotel. Also worth mentioning that the lounge, rooms, restaurant was clean, great value for price paid and very nicely located next to the Metro.

I like the location of the hotel as it's connected to the mall and close the train (5 minute walk) it was really convenient.
Floor arragement. I would highly recommend staying above 7th floor.
