Always good value for money.
Pros:

All I really need to stay is that I have been to Singapore many times over more than 20 years and most times I stayed in this hotel. If you get a club room and then have access to the club lounge, the experience is even better.

Cons:

I don’t have any.

Although I don't always enjoy large chain hotels, this is really nice, and so well located
Pros:

This is a great choice for convenience, about 50m from MRT (Orchard Boulevard on Thomson-East Coast Line, Exit 1); three stops (1 change) from Newton Food Centre; two short blocks from the beautiful Botanical Gardens. It's also a peaceful and comfortable hotel, and pretty good value in Singapore prices. I'd stayed before, and will do so again.

Convenient, Great Value Five Star Stay
Pros:

The location is very convenient with access to Tanglin mall, metro and buses. The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Breakfast selection is good and have changes in variety each day.

Cons:

a few times the ice delivery to the room takes a few calls to get it delivered.

Pros:

工作人员非常热情且有礼貌，提前备注的要求都满足了。地理位置非常好，后面有商场前面走不到100米就是地铁站，附近的公交站也可以直接去圣淘沙，交通很便利。在富人区，整体环境也很好，很干净且安静，晚上偶尔有骑摩托车的。

房间感觉比较老旧比较脏

It being my first time with Hotel Jen, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay esp the service rendered.
Pros:

This room booking was for my wedding on 2.5.26, and upon checking in on 1.5.26, everything was seamless, well explained and basically everything I expected. The room had 2 extra 'wedding cushions' for the vibes! My hubby was pleasantly surprised that the hotel added this in. Room was a bit further than I expected but I did enjoy the peace and quiet. Love the Club lounge and what it offered too! Food was great, including the daily breakfast. The spread was good enough and the staff were friendly!

For this staycation ..we all happy.
Pros:

Executive suite room was spacious and and comfortable for my 3A n 1C.
BIdet in the room.
Staff , ambience and food at lounge was good. Both Pools was good for the children.

Cons:

For a Executive suite …no bathtub. My grandchildren was quite dissappointed.

For a Club deluxe room …size was small and cramp. No bathtub.
