Pros:

Location close to station. Convenient local stores.

Cons:

Rooms although described as Delux were what I would consider average/ standard. Bathroom tiny with no way of getting towels dried so had to be replaced daily. A heated rail would solve

Very enjoyable, really nice comfortable hotel with great staff (but uncomfortable seating arrangement)
Pros:

Location, large comfortable bed and very friendly, professional staff

Cons:

The window seat design doesn’t work. It’s not comfortable and almost impossible to sit and relax in the room after a days work. If they replaced this with a sofa it would be ideal

A perfect place to stay in a quieter part of the main city in Singapore.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were always very eager to help. The room is spacious and clean and its got everything we need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location is perfect for travelers who likes to be in the city but away from the main bustling street of orchard road. Our choice for our future visits to Singapore.

Cons:

Although the room is of a good comfortable size, unfortunately the bathroom is quite small.

Great for the purpose
Pros:

Lovely size room and bathroom. Small but nice pool to relax in. Not very busy. Small but good shopping area next door. Fabulous Massage place across the road. Luggage porters very helpful and luggage store available. On a very busy road but it is Bangkok so I expected that. Only about baht 300 baht by taxi to town centre. Just Grab is worth downloading.

Cons:

The reception staff were so unhelpful. Not sure if it was a language problem but they showed no interest. The pillows were so hard and uncomfortable. I asked twice for new pillows but they did not come. Very strict re check in time so at 2pm a long queue and very slow.
