Great hotel, Bar lounge 9 is best of, especially Barkeeper Nuno ist super sympathic and very much client orientated. Definitely recommended for a great Lisbon experience

Rooms were a bit dated but understand they are going through a refurbishment at the moment.

Nos mudaram de quarto após as reclamações.
Quartos muito antigos e pequenos . No meu quarto o cofre não funcionava e tinha uma goteira na janela. No daminha irmã encontramos uma barata. Além disso, a limpeza não é boa.

- ausdi un couple Asiatique est resté boqué dans l'assenceur au 3e stage. Le bouton rouge n a pas déclanché l'alarme.
Nous avons dû descendre les escaliers demander de l'aide à la reception.
Cauchemare pour ce couple
Era un viaje de hermanas, aunque una de ellas no ha podido estar por motivos de salud, mi otra hermana y yo hemos estado muy a gusto, hotel antiguo pero cómodo, personal super amable y atenciosos.
La ubicación es fantástica, nos facilito muchísimo el movernos en transporte público.
Excelente experiencia!
