Disappointing
Cons:

The geyser was not working. The attendant came and turned on the tap. After a lot of water had flowed and was sadly wasted, we got one bucket of very tepid water. Obviously for two people, this was not enough. We were told we should wait. We had very little time, we could not wait. Bathed in cold water. We reported to the staff. Next day the same story. We were given lengthy explanations, and a bonus: NO HOT WATER at all.

For the money we were paying such facility should have been basic.

Disappointing and lots of mosquitoes both in rooms and restaurants
Pros:

The outdoor space was nice

Cons:

We really wanted to like it but so many things were going against their self-claimed “luxury”, for instance, they do not accept international credit cards and the closest money changer was 40 minutes away. The painting/plumbing work in the rooms were falling apart

Disgusting front office experience. Till we badgered them they insisted that Booking.com has canceled the reservation! It took 30 minutes of being aggressive to get our room finally, horrible experience

great place with great service. Focussed on customer delight
Pros:

spacious green. courteous on phone at check in and throughout all services. Parbn GM and all staff were extremely nice. Quick response to room service. reasonably priced. nice pool. internal E Rikshaw for luggage. cars available in hotel for hire. Really nice place to stay. all rooms clean and well equipped a/c .
