Staff day and night were so friendly and accomodating. The location is near famous Sacred heart church in Montmarte.
Great property with friendly and accommodating staff. The only drawback if you have problems with stairs or are claustrophobic is the very tiny elevator. I chose the stairs every time. Also, if you are sharing a room with someone who you would prefer to not see you nude, then find a different room or hotel. While the W/C is private, the shower was not. I would recommend.
Clean, quiet, modern, close to shopping and restaurants as well as train. Staff is efficient. I'll recommend.
I booked my trip Wednesday night and due to an error (on Google it showed the correct date but when jumping to Hotels.com it switched date to the only available) it turned out to be the wrong date.
I immediately called late at night and filed a refund or change of date claim minutes after booking. The next morning I get a message back that they won’t give me a refund not due to policy but because I did not let them know in “timely manner”. They wouldn’t let me change the date or refund any amount.
Absolutely astonished by their lack of empathy on both the phone and email.

The bed sheets were dirty before I got there and they were never changed. There was no body soap and even after I asked for it, it was never replenished. The staircase made so much noise that it woke us up every time people used it.

Close to public transportation, small walk to Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre a beautiful view over paris. Room was clean, air conditioning worked beautifully, washroom was clean

The hotel and staff were good but no heating in the bedroom. The breakfast was excellent.

Rooms are tiny dirty
Great location. Room was a decent size but the bathroom was the smallest ever! If you are tall you won't fit in the toilet area. There was a lot of street noise. The pillows were way too hard. But luckily we weren't in the room much as we were out exploring the beautiful area! Overall the hotel isn't spectacular but it was a safe, clean, no-frills option for the price.
Carpet smells like dirty socks
there was a terrible sewer odor that poured into the room each morning and some evenings! and the toilet room was so small that when you opened the door you knocked the toilet paper roll off the spindle.
