Wonderful Service and Comfortable/Clean Room
Pros:

The service I received at this hotel was exceptional! I was able to check in early and the front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel was located close to many of the Regina recommendations I had been given. The room was clean and comfortable and the tv had many channels. Incredibly value. Highly recommend!

The lack of parking is a real problem at this property. There is a tiny parking lot at the hotel itself but once that is full you have to park a block away in an open lot and walk back in a less than desirable neighborhood. I wouldn’t stay here again because of this issue. The hotel itself is good.

Good hotel but...
Pros:

Overall good, however there is a flashing alarm sensor in your hotel room right above the bell. My wife had a hard time falling asleep because of this

Clean, nice rooms and property. Fair price. Pleasant staff. Several dining choices within walking distance. Very convenient parking. My french toast at the hotel was undercooked, and not particularly tasty. Seemed like a safe area, but there was always sketchy looking people just hanging out.
