Wer es liebt mitten in der Stadt zu wohnen ist hier genau richtig
Pros:

Beste Lage mitten Downtown!! Kaffee und Tee gibt es to Go morgens kostenlos, auch wenn man kein Frühstück gebucht hat.

Cons:

Sehr hohe Gebühren für die Parkhausnutzung. Wer zwei oder drei Blöcke läuft, findet Parkmöglichkeiten zum halben Preis. Bitte Auto immer leer räumen.

Hotel: great; location: OK
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel had a lovely reading room with a fireplace. The location of the hotel is close to Union Square, which is nice, but it's also close to the Tenderloin, which can be a little 'unsavory.' We only stayed one night, but we would stay there again.

Cons:

The hotel itself is great: clean, friendly staff, comfortable. It's just the proximity to the Tenderloin that is a little off-putting, if you have little kids.

Pros:

The hotel was well located for access to tge theatre district, Union square shops and transport links. Some good eateries nearby too.
Staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was a good size and clean. No view from our room, but I think we were put there to make sure it would be quieter for us.

Cons:

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room at all. Free tea and coffee was available in the restaurant in the morning only.

The staff was helpful, kind and entertaining.

Cons:

Be aware of location really close to "the triangle". You will see many homeless people around.
The hotel does not have a bar. The one right next to it is closing early in the evening.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from Union Square and central enough to explore the city comfortably. There are many good restaurants, cafés, and shopping opportunities nearby.

Cons:

The property feels a bit old-fashioned and outdated. The rooms are smaller than what we’re accustomed to in the U.S. While the location is generally good, it sits on the border between nicer neighborhoods and areas with a noticeable homeless population.

Great staff & location
Pros:

The staff was great. Gave us excellent restaurant suggestions. The location was walking distance to Union Square, the Financial District and China town.

Cons:

The on site restaurant was ridiculously expensive and the room was smaller than we hoped.
