Pros:

Charles at the lobby is truly exceptional. He’s always kind, courteous, and genuinely helpful, and he somehow makes every interaction feel easy and personal. Coming back to this hotel every evrning is always a pleasure largely because of him, he makes the place feel welcoming, familiar, and honestly, like home. It’s rare to meet someone who consistently brings such warmth and positivity to their work. Charles does exactly that, every single time.

Great Place to Stay
Pros:

Dhali and Charles are a tag team combo. They were very welcoming and made our stay very pleasant. They both greeted me every time they say me and made me feel like I was at home! The One Bedroom Suite we got was very spacious compared to other cramped SF rooms we have been in. I do wish Valet parking was a little cheaper since that was more expensive than the rental. Other than that, I have no complaints. The gym was great, the library was a great workspace and the people were excellent.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had water provided every day. We didn’t like to walk late at night.

Man fühlt sich wohl im Marker Hotel, aufmerksame Leute am Empfang. Servicezeiten leider limitiert.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut. Das Restaurant sehr schön. Am schönsten ist die Lobby, aussergewöhnlich ist es am Kamin zu sitzen und einen Wein zu trinken. Auch der Aufenthaltsraum ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind schön, sehr gut und komfortabel.

Cons:

Personal im Restaurant langsam und etwas unaufmerksam. Zuviel Personal, weniger und dafür schneller und aufmerksamer würde deutlich verbessern und weniger kosten. Ausserhalb der (sehr limitierten) Öffnungszeiten keine Möglichkeit etwas zu trinken zu bekommen.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful place in the hard of San Francisco. We could walk to the Union Square and there were many attractions in the vicinity. The hotel was beautiful inside and the receptionist Melinda was super helpful. She checked us in early and explained the local areas and what to see. Loved this hotel
