Would highly recommend and would stay again!
Pros:

The location is excellent. Two blocks from Union Square, eateries and bars close by. Staff very helpful and pleasant!

Cons:

I found food and drinks a bit expensive, but that was basically the same all over SF.

Pros:

清掃や管理が行き届いており、快適に過ごすことができました。多少古さはあるのかもしれませんが、不快感を覚えるような点はありませんでした。スタッフの皆さんも笑顔が素敵でフレンドリーな対応をして下さりました。
設備はシャンプー・ボディーソープ・コンディショナー・固形石鹸、ドライヤー、コップ類、アイロンとアイロン台、金庫、冷蔵庫です。ハンガーはクローゼットに8本ほどありました。ハブラシやひげ剃りを普段から持ち歩いている人であれば問題ない内容です。スクリューキャップの缶に入ったお水が置かれており、ロビーはじめ複数のフロアに設置された浄水器で汲んで飲むことができました。1階でコーヒーも頂けるそうです（私は利用しませんでした）。
ほかのホテルを比較していないのでお得かどうかまでは判断できませんが、全体に物価の高いサンフランシスコと考えれば妥当かお得なのだと思います。交通の便もよく、市内各所の観光地に簡単にアクセスできました。

Cons:

ご懸念される方が多いであろう治安の面ですが、人通りの多い通りを選び、西側に向かうことを避けるようにしていれば平気でした。というか街の各所にホームレスのような方は点在しているので、特段このホテルの近辺が危険という感じはしませんでした。騒音について書かれているコメントも有りましたが、都会の夜であればこんなものだろう…という感じでした。
唯一少しだけ不便さを感じたのは照明関係で、デスクが少々暗く、仕事をするには向いていませんでした（対照的にバスルームは非常に明るいです）。あと、照明を枕元で集中管理はできないので、一つ一つのシェードのスイッチをON/OFFして歩き回る必要があります。ただ、これらは些細な問題であり、滞在の経験を大きく損なうものではありません。

A wonderful stay with extremely kind and amazing staff.
Pros:

We enjoyed how close the location was to the trolley, and other fun spots! There were great drinking spots and clubs right down the road.

Cons:

The area the property is at is not the cleanest and though they accept dogs, it was difficult to find a secure spot to walk and allow our dog to use the restroom. The hotel did not have an area just for this so it complicated things a bit more for our doggy but we managed.
