Goed hotel
Pros:

Lekkere kamer en goede faciliteiten (sportschool). Bij aankomst werden we zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en de receptionist dacht heel goed met ons mee over wat we konden bezoeken in de stad!

Cons:

Het hotel zit in een mindere wijk van San Francisco. De straat zelf is oké, maar de straten rechts en links hebben veel zwervers. Hier moet je even omheen lopen

Well appointed hotel.

Cons:

There was a 24/7 street protest, very loud, on the same block as the hotel.
We would have expected not to get rooms looking at that side, it was very difficult to sleep.
Despite it being an obvious tourist area, with many other hotels next to ours, there was a noticeable presence of homeless people. While we didn't have any problems at all during our stay, the area could probably feel unsafe for some people.

Everyone made us feel welcome here and actually across the entire city.
Pros:

Curtis, Melinda and every staff member exudes sincere personal interest and care. Outstanding kindness and empathy!

Cons:

Walk in showers and bidets would be a nice upgrade. Needs more electrical duplexes.
