Brilliant hotel!
Pros:

Lovely hotel, rooms clean and bed is amazing and so big, staff were all very friendly and helpful and we received wine and popcorn free of charge on arrival, shout out to Charles and Dheli they were amazing and helped me so much while I lost my phone…lucky I found it, would definitely recommend this hotel as it’s close to main attractions and short taxi to the pier, hotel is honestly beautiful!

Perfect location, very clean, excepional staff.
Pros:

The location is perfect, well trained staff, helpful, very kind. The hotel is clean, they change the sheets every day, it is not usual for a 4 star hotel, so, it's a big plus for this hotel one more time.

Cons:

Nothing to complain, the best 4 star hotel money can buy!!

Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located in the town center (Union Square) and majority of the city sights are very close or just a cable car away. The hotel is beautiful, has a bit of the old charm but really well kept (I am not a fan of new modern, cold feel places). The staff is very, very pleasant and courteous, from the manager who went out of his way to help us out to the maid who dealt with us with a smile… Even though, in SF, you can’t make a bad decision with restaurants, the one in the hotel is really very good and the people behind the bar are experienced mixologists and a great company. Overall, in my books The Marker has 5 stars! Highly recommend

Excellent Location
Pros:

Excellent location, few blocks from Union Square. Staff are friendly. Lobby looks luxurious. I wish a simple continental breakfast should be included not just coffee. But overall, I would recommend this hotel

Cons:

Returned back to the room after a day out to find toilet blocked and literally full to the edge of the seat, called front of desk and advised it would need to wait until morning or use the facilities down in the lobby through the night, as we weren’t allowed or able to use toilet in room. Not acceptable and no solution given to us….both mid 50’s and use toilet throughout the night !!

Great Experience
Pros:

We initially had reservations at a nearby hotel, but that did not work out. After an exhausting morning of traveling, we desperately needed a nap. Staff quickly found us a quiet room for our almost week long stay. Dolly and other staff were above and beyond exceptional.
I like the added safety of needing the room key to gain access to the floors.

Pros:

It is in the tenderloin district/neighborhood but I felt very safe the entire time I was here as a solo female traveler. It is such a short ride from so much cool stuff and very walkable!
