I have been staying at this hotel for 16 years - love the hotel - this is the first time breakfast was not good
Pros:

Great hotel - clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast - Eggs and sausage were cold, please offer fresh scrambled eggs over pre made omelets.

Great hotel
Pros:

Hotel is amazing. I love the old Spanish style with modern amenities.
Ricky at the front desk was friendly, super helpful and made all of feel comfortable. He answered all our questions and took care of everything we needed.
Rooms were super clean, updated and love all the electrical plugs. We will def be back!

due to miss of invoice, I have to pay the hotel from my poket, even if it was a business. Lazy staff

in general the hotel was fine, also the breakfest

Cons:

I am totally disapointed, that I did not got an invoice. The lady at the desk told me, I have to ask Booking, that is not true. She was probalby to lazy. It was a business trip, I have to pay the travel from my poket, if I dont get a invoice. I would never again go there, if the staff is not able to printout the invoice like on other places. Sad! Even after contacting the hotel over booking, I did not got any reply, lazi again!

Overpriced, it took 3 attempts to overturn parking charges when our booking was parking included.

It was clean.

Cons:

Location, overpriced for the accomodation. The balcony overlooked a solid wall.
