While the property is ok I was disapointed that there was no coffee machine in room. And while the room had a nice outdoor patio that I could sit on and have a morning coffee,,that is if they had coffee in room, there was no patio furniture.

Pros:

Incredibly clean, staff was amazing, the room was perfect and had all the amenities!!! So close to down town we had an amazing time and will 100% will be coming back!

Great Location
Pros:

I liked the choices in pillow sizes. I am a small person and really appreciated the thin pillow. Most pillows are very thick for my neck.

Cons:

I didn't like the coffee. The taste was weak. I would have really appreciated a cup of espresso. I would have appreciated a hook on the back of the bathroom door for my towel. I had to throw my towel on the shower curtain rod and since I am short, it wasn't easy.

Pros:

The front office staff who checked us in provided excellent customer service. The property is nice, clean, and very well maintained. The location is also perfect, close to the plaza, downtown, and the beach, which made everything very convenient for us.

Cons:

We can hear people talking outside the walkway at night and could also hear footsteps from the room above us, which made it difficult to fully relax.

In addition, the bed was not very comfortable and may need to be updated.

Beautiful property with a Spanish flare. Clean comfortable rooms, easy drive to the beach.
Pros:

Clean comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, easy parking, plenty of food options nearby, Easy drive to San Clemente Pier. The hotel was full during our stay, as there was a youth sports tournament happening. Breakfast was a challenge with so many families trying to eat at the same time. The staff did their very best to service so many people.

Cons:

Nothing to not like.

Pros:

Clean, its close to many things including the center of San Clemente which is nice. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Booked a room for 4 people but they only put towels for 3. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We asked for a blanket for the sofa bed and they said they didn’t have.

Clean. Large room. Great outside architecture and pool

Cons:

Located in a weird parking lot. The building from the outside looks beautiful with lots of character and charm but the inside has been changed to feel soulless with bright LED lights and like a chain hotel. The balcony faced a parking lot

Unpleasant
Pros:

Booked the hotel a month in advance and asked if the conference room will be available. They said they will check and get back to me. Never heard back. Upon my visit, the conference room was not being used but we were unable to use it?

Checking in and checking out, no front desk attendant. Received a random $150 surcharge with no receipt or explanation after the room has already been paid for. Tried reaching out and never heard back.

Usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this was a very unpleasant experience.
