The cleanliness and the breakfast
No coffee pot in room and the kitchen need restocking at lease a plate and cup
Good big room and separate space for living area and kitchen
Room wasn't cleaned properly, lots of hair lying all around, dishwasher wasn't working, breakfast was average, not many veggie options and service was slow.
Horrible managers. They just stay on their phones and sweep problems under the rug. They don’t try to help any situation. Stay away and book somewhere else.
Good location and close to stores and mall
The front desk manager was sweet and helpful.
When I got there I was promised to check in early when I got there that didn't happen. The front desk manager didn't know the room was going to be ready so she called the housekeeper manager it was a lady short with curly hair I don't remember her name but she had an attitude. She's like I don't know nobody will promise you anything check your time it's not it's at 3:00 I said okay I'll be back. Came back at 3:00 to check in room wasn't done the lady was still in the room that they was trying to give me it was 305 then when done front desk manager went to go check the room one of the bedroom doors was missing off the hinges so they couldn't give me that room. Then it gave me room 204 that room wasn't clean right dusting if you look on top of the refrigerator mind you I'm short so if I can see over the refrigerator and look at the dust that was a problem. The microwave the outside trimming around it was missing and the plate that belongs in the microwave was not in there. The microwave was dirty and had hair all in there. They didn't really wipe down anything I had to do it myself thank God I carry Clorox ones.
I had an excellent experience at this hotel during my recent trip to Corpus for a business meeting last weekend. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff.
I especially appreciated the time Tiffani took to chat with me—she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. My room was very clean, and the sheets felt fresh and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also had the chance to visit the pool area, which was very nice and well-maintained.
Overall, the hospitality and attention to detail made this a wonderful stay. The next time I visit, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you to Tiffani and the entire staff for such a great experience!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The recent renovations really show. Everything felt fresh, modern, and very clean. One of our favorite features was the pool, which was open and well maintained, making it a perfect spot to relax. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the hospitality. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and were always happy to help. Overall , it was a great experience with beautiful updates, a relaxing pool and exceptional service. We would definitely stay here again!

Tiffani was the best. She recommended so many things to do in corpus. I thought it was ghetto but she gave me many fun activities and even recommended to me the Ojos Loco taco place man the trip that we had was the best all thanks to Tiffani
very convenient location and the staff is incredibly friendly. as a bonus, the elevator is extremely fast and quiet. if you travel frequently, you know that this is a big deal. the beds and the pillows are oddly perfect.
always a room issue. on one visit, the AC was out. on a another, the dishwasher was broken and chirped constantly. on yet another, the ice maker in the fridge was broken and, it sounded like a barking dog all night. the front desk response is always, an enthusiastic "we will get it fixed right away." unfortunately, it doesn't happen. nice response though. like I said above, the staff is really friendly.
I found a used wash rag in the tub. The Home Depot has a forklift lift running right out side my window until 11:45. The bacon was inedible. The eggs were over microwaved.
I won’t be back
The room was great. I was surprised based on my initial experience with location. Very clean and comfortable. The furniture is nice and comfy. So is the bed. Nice bathroom. Only thing is the sprinkler seems like an unfinished afterthought. It just or of its place like it was remembered last minute.
Downstairs is under renovation and access to the elevator isn't directly available from the entrance door.
The property location is sketchy, it doesn't seems safe, i felt uncomfortable while outside after dark, but there was no issues with safety during my stay.
Communication was off. They failed to communicate renovation. They failed to communicate elevator issues. They somehow got my email wrong and a few other essential things.
I fell in their rainy surface- not their fault, I fole an incidence report, and no one ghas reached out to me. That's not cool. I'm disappointed in the new ways some Marriott properties are handled. I've been a Marriott customer for decades. They are often my first choice, but now customer service and care seems to be lacking. That's disappointing
My room
My room wasn’t available so i was upgraded to the 2 bedroom suite only reason i stayed was because of the room
It was under construction. When you walk in smelled like mold, chemical from the workers, my kids have allergies and all the sawdust and chemicals made it worse.
There had a closet size room where the breakfast was. I only ate once due to it being too many people trying to get breakfast then if you wait it out they out of food

Well check in was a horrible experience. I was charge twice for my stay. They did eventually reverse one charge and just waiting for my money to drop off pending. I felt unsafe in my room due to strange females banging on the doors and yelling obscenities. Didn’t see security at all in the hotel property.
The hotel is being remodeled beautifully with some inconvenience to current guests but still a very good place to stay. Our room was excellent. The desk service is excellent. The breakfast was a full one,excellent and even had very good orange juice.....an item that many hotels fudge on. My wife and I will be staying here again
The staff was professional.
False advertisement photos of the property. Could not enjoy an evening on the patio cause the grills were disgusting and rusted. No knobs or handles. Basketball goal was laying on the ground. Basketball court was dilapidated. Grass needed to be cut. Room has a closet by the bed with the a/c unit inside that makes a banging sound whenever it clicks on, which is throughout the day and night. Staff stated nothing could be done about that and that they are in every room. Although the issues had nothing to do with construction, booking.com had no notification that the property was under construction. No refund once booked so we had to stay 5 nights. Very disappointed in Marriott.
