Pros:

Nice room size. Great location. Plenty of parking. Close to a lot of places to eat and shop.

Cons:

Other guest loud at all of the day and night. Cleaning staff can do a lot better job.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Ice machine out of order. Water in tub would not work and when I addressed the situation and asked for compensation for not being able to shower before checking out I was told it should have been reported earlier than I planned on showering. Didn't even offer to let me shower in one of the empty rooms.

Very clean, very quiet. The lady at the front desk when I arrived was absolutely exceptional.

Cons:

The cleaning lady. She was very very rude. Didn’t knock AT ALL just came in while I was eating breakfast around 10:50am. No announcing it was housekeeping or anything. I didn’t see nor was given a do not disturb sign.
