Amazing!! Totally recommending this hotel, we went for a wedding and this was one that was recommend
Pros:

All staff from front lobby to hotel restaurant to workers were all wonderful and were above and beyond. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful when one needing anything or recommendations.

Cons:

I wish they had bigger beds but we knew what we were getting since I know it’s not a norm to have bigger beds over there. Asides of that the bed was comfy and comfortable!

The place was nice but I only stayed for a day and night so didn’t do much in it. No microwave nor fridge. No water nor ice in the hallway

En Colima no hay muchas opciones de alojamientos y es x eso que el hotel es caro.

Pros:

No me recibieron porque tenía una mascota y su sitio no estaba actualizado.

Cons:

No buscaron apoyarme en encontrar otro alojamiento a pesar que era de noche.
Me dijeron que aunque booking dice que si, hace meses que no aceptan mascotas.
