Haber estado disponible y con su personal atento y dispuesto a apoyar a los clientes dada la circunstancia que se vivió en el país ese día.

Cons:

Que, debido a lo ocurrido ese día, el hotel no contaba con personal suficiente para la preparación de las habitaciones, por lo que la mía fue entregada cuatro horas después de las 3 p.m. Aunque entiendo que esto fue ocasionado por la situación que se dio en el país y, específicamente, en el estado. Por otra parte, me habría gustado que contara con más personal de seguridad y vigilancia ese día.

Amazing!! Totally recommending this hotel, we went for a wedding and this was one that was recommend
Pros:

All staff from front lobby to hotel restaurant to workers were all wonderful and were above and beyond. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful when one needing anything or recommendations.

Cons:

I wish they had bigger beds but we knew what we were getting since I know it’s not a norm to have bigger beds over there. Asides of that the bed was comfy and comfortable!

The place was nice but I only stayed for a day and night so didn’t do much in it. No microwave nor fridge. No water nor ice in the hallway
