Worked for what we were there for.
Pros:

Loved the towels and rags. Super soft and not scratchy like most hotel linens. All staff personnel were super friendly and helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

Pool was not working. Lots of construction and rennovating going on.

It worked for what we needed but a few things need adjusted.
Pros:

I liked that it was close to where I needed to be for the weekend. It had a nice breakfast and the staff was great.

Cons:

I was charged twice for my room and still have not be refunded the extra cost. The TV in my room did not work and it was very warm in there.

The staff was accommodating overall the room was very clean!
Cons:

I book because it said a hot tub and a pool while the hot tub had been removed and the pool was just reopened and wasn’t able to be used yet. There was no ice machine cause they were under construction, but they gave you ice in a bag that was like a block of big ice cube. when I turned on the shower water sprayed out behind back of the showerhead. breakfast that morning they were serving bacon. The time was from 6 to 10. I went down at 8 o’clock to eat and they had ran out of bacon two hours into the breakfast hour. They did substitute sausage.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly

Cons:

The hotel was under renovation and we were taken completely by surprise. The phone and TV were not working and we had to wait for them to find a room that was ok to stay in

I would be willing to book again after renovation is completed
Pros:

The selection was pretty good but since you have all the add on for your oatmeal, a nice hot pot of oatmeal would be better than an instant oatmeal package.

Cons:

I can definitely say that an upgrade or renovation is due as said the sign in the lobby! Am sure all the dirty carpet and chipped paint will be replaced and the place will be great! We were saddened to see that the hot tub was not functioning!

A happy place to stay.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Facility was clean and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable. They have been renovating the bathrooms and I love the huge walk in showers they installed. The breakfast was great!

Cons:

The only issue i had was there were kids running and being loud in the hallway outside my room after 10 pm the last night of my stay. But this isn't going to keep me from staying again next November.

Pros:

Staff very friendly. Convenient location.

Cons:

No bath tub. I really wish places would stop removing tubs! Some people have difficulty standing in a shower. Bed was very hard and I didn't find it comfortable.
