Pros:

Staff never at desk and overcharged for stay while being asked to leave after room was booked in pet friendly stay. They should loose their franchise agreement and be labeled s@#t show.

Would not recommend.
Cons:

Did not have space for us to freeze our ice packs. Breakfast room was extremely crowded and only one waffle maker so line was very long. They also didn’t have decaf coffee. Receptionist wouldn’t give us a receipt when checking out because we booked through 3rd party which we do all the time.

It was conveniently located to where we needed to be.

Cons:

Our sink faucet was loose. Why no one has tighten it or paid attention to it while it was being cleaned is beyond me. We had a fire alarm go off before 8am on Monday morning for no reason, that was just delightful... said no one ever! The breakfast was not great. The AC/heater unit, made weird noises all night long, and certainly wasn't consistent with temperature. Had to ask for t-paper and get trash bags.

Pros:

When I booked on booking.com the front desk said I had a service dog which I did not. That is why I didn't get a "quiet room", however it was quiet. Sheets were scratchy (not great). Front desk was nice so was the breakfast employee. The coffee was good at breakfast but horrible in the room. There was no beer opener at the front desk which seems so basic to me.

Cons:

They could have had a bottle opener at the front desk. Bad sheets. Horrible coffee in the room. The pillows were seriously uncomfortable, there could be, at least, one soft one.

Good stay
Pros:

It was a good night stay with a comfortable bed. The only negative is all the rooms have connecting doors and the connecting rooms can be loud with TVs and people talking.

Pros:

This hotel has been updated since it was a Stay Wise. The staff is very pleasant, and the rooms are in excellent condition. The breakfast was what I term a full breakfast with most anything people will want.
