I ended up cancelling my reservation because I booked in November for my August stay. The hotel then changed the room I booked twice, the first time in March and then just a few weeks before I was scheduled to arrive, ultimately charging me almost $100 more than what i thought I had locked in by booking early!!! I think this in inexcusable and how can I trust this business!!

I requested a handicap accessible room. This room is nowhere up to standards for handicap person. The only grab bar by the toilet is behind it. Unless you want to sit and go to the bathroom backwards you cannot get up if your legs don't work. The shower is got a large grab bar on the back wall but no grab bars to assist you getting into the shower. This was the most disappointing Hotel I've ever stayed at. When I let the people at the hotel know they said hello it does have grab bars. Rude! I can add photos if necessary. I would not recommend any handicap people to ever come to this hotel
Fast
The hotel is in a really good location and our room was a good size. For the amount of people staying at the hotel while we were there, it was very quiet, which was great.
Although the room we were in was nice and big, there were no amenities in the kitchen area... ie: plates, dish soap, or even towels to dry with. The lighting in the room was also very dingy, and not really adequate for the size. One of my biggest pet peeves when I stay in a hotel, especially when I spend considerably more for larger rooms with more amenities, is that the couch always seems to get overlooked when the room is being cleaned. We all know that not everyone's hygiene is the same, so do your patrons a favour and at least try to remove some of the stains. The arms on the couch in the room we were in were absolutely disgusting. Parking was not great either. Alot of people had to park in the mall parking lot.
The staff tried to be accommodating and were friendly
The AC didn’t work or the TV. The staff did switch our rooms, however the bed was terrible and was quite noisy.
