Cleanliness, AC adjustable, breakfast
Location wasn't the best but certainly not the worst. Mall close by was great.
Clean, comfortable & affordable
False advertisement pictures when booking. They show the club lounge as the first picture making people assume it’s part of the room you’re booking. Also staff upon check in advised breakfast was from 7-11am, however I was turned away at 10:30am as they were closed. Again, falsely advertised.

Breakfast has fake eggs. Pool area should be updated, some maintenance issues in the bathroom.
We were upgraded as a courtesy for staying on our anniversary from a standard king to a premium king room. The pom club amenities were super nice! I had to pick up my hubby from the airport at 8 so I had the hotel to myself all afternoon and was able to enjoy the small bites in the lounge and the hot tub. We love this hotel for the location and chose it initially for the hot tub. The breakfast was alright, its a hotel breakfast. Having 2 robes was a nice bonus as opposed to just one in the regular rooms. The bathroom was quite small, though manageable.
We were turned away from the restaurant for the Italian buffet, 30 minutes before it closed and sent over to the bar. I mean, its a buffet and there was plenty of food still laid out. Didn't make a ton of sense.
The hot tub was loaded with teens that night so we skipped it and decided to go in the morning but in the morning, it was closed for cleaning. So while I got to enjoy it in the afternoon before, my hubby didnt get to at all. Not a huge deal but definitely sucked.

I had a visitor from out of province who stayed at the Pomeroy Hotel and Conference Centre, Grande Prairie over the weekend (always books at your hotel when she comes and so sadly when (my visitor) greeted your cleaner 1. (moping up) at the elevator entrance - " Good morning" etc... and the other 2. worker too, (both Filipinos) with the linen stuff - they just looked at her (my visitor), did not even greet and just moved on. They most probably have done this to many others - won't cost a dime to greet and be friendly. I must say that this is not guest friendly and acceptable - as hotel workers and staff should greet, be friendly and at least smile when your and any other hotel anywhere host people there. So unfriendly...they were - so they need some brushing up on these points for the foreseeable future...

Good breakfast and enough space.
A bit expensive
Breakfast was delishhhh, it was worth waking up early for. The pool was beautiful and warm, we could have spent ages in there. The rooms were very clean and cozy, the pillows were the best out of any hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially the morning breakfast crew working in the restaurant, they were so sweet.
Honestly parking was our only issue and it was not that bad. We were lucky enough to find just one spot in the back on our first night but it could have just been because it was nighttime. We also could not find any working tv channels but that is okay.
Loved the softness of the bed, the pillow options (4 on each bed with different firmness), the actual “smell” when you get off the elevator is very soft and inviting, the newly added “5:00-7:00pm lounge POM reception/warm food options was a wonderful addition (my daughter and I have gone the past 8 years and always stayed on the 4th floor which was the “Women’s Only” floor at that time), so that was a really nice surprise with the food being exceptionally tasty with different options each night, served by very friendly staff ☺️☺️.
I honestly can think of nothing that would or could have enhanced our amazing experience

Front desk resolved our situation immediately and moved us into an incredible room which wasn't expected at all!!
The first room we were in, had a smell to it. (Old motel smell) but I never reported it. I'd have livedwith it, it was what it was. But was moved due to the noisy pipes.
