El desayuno es muy rico
Todo estuvo bien solo no puede dormir por las personas del otro cuarto pero todo estuvo bien siempre nos hemos hospedado en este hotel por nos encanta lo limpio y la amabilidad de todos
Jacuzzi is barely lukewarm and maintenance says it’s as hot as it goes. Blanket had suspicious stains on it when I checked in. Never staying here again.
El restaurante espectacular
I have never met a more caring hotel staff at any hotel I’ve ever stayed. My wallet fell out of my back pocket and I didn’t discover it until after I had gotten to my room. I called the front desk and she advised that it had not been turned in but let me know that she would check the area and call me back. She promptly called me back but wasn’t able to locate it. Most of the time these situations end right there but not with her. She checked video and with the housekeeping staff to see if she could help me figure this out (something that is clearly my fault). She even offered to check the hallway of the floor I was on to see if she could find it. With all the investigative work she did, I was able to retrace my steps and realize my backpack was the culprit and I located my wallet. It was definitely a stressful situation but it was so nice to find that there are still people around who treated my problem as their own, who really care, and go out of their way to help. Well done Marriott Bakersfield! As far as the hotel, great location, great staff, both lobby and room was modern and super clean. This stay made me a Marriott customer for life and this is the only place I’ll stay when back in Bakersfield!
We had a very nice stay at the Marriott during a stop-over in Bakersfield. The room was spacious and very clean, but it lacked a hotel safe. The Executive Lounge on the 9th floor has a great breakfast. I was worried about the parking lot (since I saw a couple of dodgy characters roaming around), but they have security that patrols the property during the day and nights.
Location was a Big plus as the Event we were in town for was next door.

Personnel hyper accueillant et sympathique.
En revanche pas de petite bouteille d’eau gratuite dans la chambre. Juste une bouteille d’1 litre à 6$. Un peu mesquin pour un Marriott.
