Pros:

Short but pleasant stay
Pros:

The thing we appreciated the most was that they did not assign us a shabby room just because we were traveling with our dog. (Other hotels have this practice and although the price of the room is the same as for the other travelers they also charge a pet fee. Hampton Inn in Johnson City did NOT do that).

Cons:

Breakfast did not have too many options but what they offered was fresh and nicely presented.

Good location, but pricy for the quality of the services
Pros:

Soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower, bed

Cons:

A/C very noisy. Breakfast was poor quality. Front desk staff not well informed. Price was very high for what we got.

Very noisy location at night ! Sounded like there was drag racing down the main highway all night long!

Cons:

The TV in my room didn't work,the lady at the desk said they would comp the room for me and have the TV repaired the following day when I arrived after my work was completed,the TV had not been addressed and the person at the desk was overwhelmed by people checking in, that I couldn't address it with her. I eventually packed and left. I stay at Hampton Inn often but will not stay at the one in Johnson City in the future.

Pros:

Pros:

Breakfast was ok

Cons:

My bill was supposed to be $161 and I was charged $212..why..i will be calling, because the last time I stayed they messed my bill up also..I am not happy.plus we had to wait over an hour because keys wouldn't work for room

I will return again to this location.
Pros:

Location. Coffee available 24 hrs. Water available too. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Everything good but beds were not made until I spoke with desk staff. That was quickly resolved.
