No rest but it was clean.
Pros:

Clean, but dated. Good location.

Cons:

Kids were running wild all over the hotel. Quiet hours were not observed. It was LOUD and CHAOTIC. Had family members staying on another floor and it was the same for them. Breakfast was a crowded madhouse of kids running around and yelling. The tvs were slow to load and the remote battery cover was electrical tape.

Lo centrico teniamos cerca todo, ibamos al zoológico y estaba muy cerca

No me gusto el trato de la persona que atendio en el desayuno fue grosera, no se como se llamaba es una señora fue 6 de abril 2025, hasta con los niños se quejo de que le hicieron desorden son niños y si no quiere que le ensucien que les prepare ella la comida, yo me deje ir por los comentarios que dijeron el desayuno y la gente fue muy bien pero tuve mala experiencia yo y el grupo de 13 personas que ibamos, mi habitación olia raro no estaba limpia y lo digo porque trabaje en hotel, quien si nos trato bien fue el area de recepcion muy amables la verdad
La cama en que dormi habitación 133 la cama tiene un ollo en el colchon al acostarse en el lado derecho junto a la ventana

Pros:

The atmosphere was fantastic. The staff was very professional and helpful. The facility was overall clean. You smell the cleanliness in the bathrooms even in the pool area, considering the fact there were several families and we was one of the African American families who stay and did not feel discriminated against at all.
