Not happy this time about our vacation and stay there!

Cons:

Bathroom ceiling in Room 237 was leaking really bad, had to move room in early morning hours 3am. I heard leakage around 2am and got to be very bad, floor was really flooded. Then finally given another room but no help from anyone to move to another floor, etc. Then dog starts barking not long after we settled in and would shut up. Had to call desk 3 times but probably a half hour in between calls because they told us they would take care of it. The last time my husband went to listen from what room dog was in alone, and finally someone said they were on it. Well, we had lost time to sleep from about 2am until 9am. Lost most of day to go do things, etc. because of lack of sleep. Tell me why lady said they couldn't do anything about the dog left in the room? We paid a lot of money to stay there and go on vacation, but a dog barking is ok. People should bring service dog, not be able to just bring any dog because they don't want to leave them home. Then they leave them in a room to bark constantly, because they are going out for the day to do things. Then why not have someone at their home to take care of them or kennel them if you're going to just leave them alone in a room all day? But a human being pays a lot for a trip to relax, and this happens. This is very wrong. I have animals, I love animals, but I make arrangements to go on vacation and use my vacation away from regular home life things. Not add to them.

Horrible Hotel.

Cleanliness, service, no security, during the whole night people screaming at the pools, however pools rules state that it closes at 10 pm. Many people were smoking, old and squeaky furniture etc.

I would recommend and I’m already looking forward for many more stays . Breakfast was the BEST , so many choices . A++++
Pros:

Everything was conveniently located inside of hotel of the room we stayed in 102. I loved everything, especially the breakfast and hours of breakfast 6-10am. Loved having restrooms in hallways, the laundry room and gym it was all so convenient and also I loved how much room there is in breakfast area and also the tv in breakfast areas the extra room to sit in with booths
With a tv , computer, monthly news papers , etc

Cons:

Loved the room we had . We did ask for a pool view , which I guess we did receive , but it was hard to find at first because I was thinking I’d have a direct view of pool without having to stand up to get close enough to window to look quite a bit to left before spotting it . I’d wouldn’t suggest that room as a pool view .

I reserved a inland view and they were able to change me to ocean view! Not to mention Toni the young lady that checked me in was great

Pros:

Location was great, right on the beach.had a room with a view of the gulf.
The beds were real comfy. And the breakfast was good. Didn't like the coffee pot they had. I brought pods, and had to go to a Walmart and buy a small coffee maker for my pods. I'm a dark roast coffee drinker.

Cons:

The air conditioner went out in the room, but maintenance came and fixed right away. But it was a very noisy air conditioner. Had some trouble getting our room cleaned every other day.
I didn't like the fact that the designated smoking area was right in front of the entrance of the hotel.
They had an area in back that would have been a better place for a smoker area.
