Pros:

Loved the location of the property. Beach access.

Cons:

Paying for parking, also being a hilton member didnt like having to pay to use other hilton properties.

Maria and Andrea were super nice and professional 👏, in general the whole staff was great, the breakfast staff was superb .

Cons:

Sofabed mattress needs to be replaced. Everything else was perfect

Disappointing for the birthday we were celebrating.

Cons:

The a/c in the room leaked into the carpet, so it smelled like mildew and the carpet in 1/3 of our room was wet the entire stay. The front desk was so unprofessional when asking other questions that I didn’t bother to mention the a/c to them. Staff is not pleasant and wants to price gouge you on everything.

That the property is on the beach

Cons:

Even though the property allows for pets we encountered 3 workers who clearly are not happy that dogs are allowed. One was a front desk gentleman who checked us in, one was a manager who was checking rooms and another was a cleaning lady. Each made a derogatory comment about allowing pets. I didn't appreciate that. The refrigerator in our room only kept things slightly cool, not cold.

Our anniversary trip.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. Location to beach. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was terrible. Tried a bite of each item, then put it in the trash. Many of your guest were putting full plates in the trash. The pools were very small. The AC worked great, but had been leaking under the carpet, making the carpet wet. For the price of a room, these things could have been better.
