En el momento del check out yo están disfrutando de una caminata en la orla del mar, traté de llegar en tiempo al hotel pero llegue aproximadamente a las 11:10 am ,, y para cuando me acerque a la habitación estaba abierta y aparentemente el personal de limpieza ya había comenzado sus labores ,, y mis pertenencias aún estaba en la habitación , según el front desk a veces los huéspedes dejan el cartel de no molestar en la puerta por accidente , sin embargo no hubo ningún intento de contactarme y asegurarse si yo estaba aún o no en el hotel antes de acceder a la habitación , este incidente arruinó la experiencia para mi e hizo que me sintiera muy mal al momento de abandonar el hotel
I have stayed here several times yes several and always book when we go to pensacola beach. jave never had any problems. anytime we need anything, they are there to serve. love it and I would recommend to others!!

There was only one level 3 Tesla charger and the same car was plugged in from 7pm till next morning 9am. Not cool as there should be a time limit of at least 3 to 4 hours or be enforced same as parking is. This was one of the things that made us book this place cause of the EV charging option.

First night in our room we went to take a shower and the shampoo and body wash was completely empty. Went to the front desk where they had one person working and he was overwhelmed with guests. Never got our bottles refilled and they made it inconvenient to purchase things with your card or cash they wanted you to charge things to your room. Got there early in the day and were never informed of the early check in wait list we just were informed about it 30 minutes before the check in time and there were already 20 names on it half of which had been scratched off because they had found them rooms.

Upon check out I ask for a copy of the receipt. Was told booking .Com would bill me found out today Hampton charged me 152.84 I need a receipt for this amount
