Pros:

Beachfront hotel and real accessible to the beach. 2 pools. Great breakfast. Big rooms.

Cons:

Got sea and pool view room, which cost extra because of said view. I guess I was expecting a balcony or at least patio and great view of the ocean, and it would have been, except we were on first floor and the dunes blocked our view and there was no patio or anything. Just a window, that didn't open and looked at a sand dune. . I was disappointed and didn't think first floor needed to cost extra for a "view" that wasn't there.

Beach was nice, breakfast they serve a lot of pork, and ever time they made their eggs there was cheese on it, first morning the cook made us some eggs with no cheese that was nice of him, the room our first day the beds was slept in already so I ask house keeping to change the bed she told me she didn’t speak English, so I pointed out the sheets and she changed the sheets but didn’t give us enough sheets the bottom sheet was missing on the bed and on the other bed the top sheet was missing. So I requested fresh sheets at the front desk.

En el momento del check out yo están disfrutando de una caminata en la orla del mar, traté de llegar en tiempo al hotel pero llegue aproximadamente a las 11:10 am ,, y para cuando me acerque a la habitación estaba abierta y aparentemente el personal de limpieza ya había comenzado sus labores ,, y mis pertenencias aún estaba en la habitación , según el front desk a veces los huéspedes dejan el cartel de no molestar en la puerta por accidente , sin embargo no hubo ningún intento de contactarme y asegurarse si yo estaba aún o no en el hotel antes de acceder a la habitación , este incidente arruinó la experiencia para mi e hizo que me sintiera muy mal al momento de abandonar el hotel

Pros:

I have stayed here several times yes several and always book when we go to pensacola beach. jave never had any problems. anytime we need anything, they are there to serve. love it and I would recommend to others!!
