Pros:

Location was good ,The young lady upon arrival was very helpful and nice the rest just ok ..breakfast was good I will say a few of staff were friendly

Cons:

I didnt like the fact of paying to park with paying almost 2000.00 for the room if I had multi vehicles I would understand.. paying beyond the 1st one
.. i have called some other hotels in the area wuyj like prices and very good facilities
That is where i will make future bookings.and not doing room service for 1 item on the bed unacceptable

Great location but final visit!
Pros:

The location and the pools. Bathroom was okay. Beds were comfortable. No where to sit and relax except on the bed. The layout for all our clothes was poor and the door swing on the refrigerator was totally in the way. Balcony would have been very good except the weather was totally terrible for our entire trip! Never sat foot on the beach in 5 days! Im pretty sure that this will be our last beach trip. It cost twice as much as it should have!

Cons:

I wrong everything in the above paragraph basically except the breakfast was one of the best on all our trips!
That being said, why aren't there any fliers in the room anywhere telling us about local
cuisine close by???

The stay was ok. Would I stay again probably not unless some one call and give me some accommodations
Pros:

The Front desk workers were great and friendly! Hotel was on the beach and a lot of attraction was in walking distance.

Cons:

When I arrived into the room and checked over the bathroom there was no shower curtain. I called front desk to let them know it took a while for someone to bring it the guy said he would be back to install it but never came back. We had to install it ourselves. We also called down for someone to come vacuum they never came u til the end of the day and then I called again and the finally came. For almost $1000 stay I expected better

Disappointed
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

No cleaning was done to our room. We were there for 4 nights. Not once did they clean or change out bed sheets. We had to go and ask for clean towels every day.

We really enjoyred our stay
Pros:

Beds and room size were awesome, breakfast was good and the beach was awesome. Toni was good good to text and check in to see if we needed anything.

Cons:

The hotel needs some cosmetic updates not bad just a little update, paint. The pool sides and bottom are rough, my daughter skinned her toe on the bottom of the pool getting in.

Lo que más me gusta de este hotel es la ubicación, tiene todas las atracciones, restaurantes,la playa sólo a unos pasos, también el desayuno del hotel es bastante diverso,mí esposo y niños lo disfrutan mucho,ya llevamos 3 años quedándonos en éste hotel y lo seguiremos haciendo, lo recomiendo 💯

Loved this location and the view.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel. Only problem was the digital key didn’t work. Staff tried multiple times but no luck.
