Overall very good, just the timing with the work on the beach.
Pros:

Facility was wonderful. The breakfast was outstanding. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately they closed the beach in front of the hotel because of drenching. Made it a big inconvenience to get to the beach.

Our stay has been comfortable and pleasant. Your staff is professional and kind.
Pros:

Check in was the best! We were made to feel welcome and front desk manager made our dual bookings seamless. We have stayed here before and really love the waterview rooms with a balcony.

Cons:

I wish there were free chairs on the beach. We flew in and could not bring our own.

The location and breakfast

Cons:

The air-conditioning unit was loud. Sound like an air plan and the toilet was loud. It sound like a steam engine train.

We loved it! This is the only place I stay when I go to Pensacola!
Pros:

Very clean, great staff, comfortable, convenient to everything and right in the beach. Recommend this Hampton Inn!

Cons:

The fraternity group was loud and rowdy.

Cons:

Staff his name was Jim at the front desk. He was rude with no customer service skills. He talked rudely, he was trying to rush a conversation, never answer questions when ask just said he would look for the answer but never did. Jim also threw my credit card on the desk and said it’s declined when it was just the computer not working properly. Computer problem was not his fault but being rude about it was his problem. No need to be rude Jim. No need to be impatient Jim. Also Jim acted like he had a problem when someone ask questions like guest are an inconvenience.

Location was great. Walkable to so many things including restaurants, shops, mini golf, etc. There was a lot of outdoor space around the pools for games. Oceanfront

Cons:

If you are looking for fancier pool/lazy river/kid splash areas this hotel doesn’t give you that. Two basic kidney shaped pools are all they offer. Location topped this for us especially since you are right on the beach for water play.
