Great value for the money.
Pros:

I loved the location and grounds were clean.

Cons:

I wish the outside faucet to rinse was more single person user friendly. It was hard to hold down and spray

The best two nights with my family the property is so cleans and safe!

That it was on the beach

Cons:

The fact that they couldn't see that my payment had went thought therefore I had to use the cash I had to spend on my grandkids for the room and my daughter used card also and they took $699.00 off her card and it wasn't approved by her or myself to do so. I was very ashamed as they called me back to the front desk 4 thimes and finally got it resolved.

The staff was very helpful and delightful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, and The Breakfast Bar was very well- stocked, fresh, and delicious.

Great location and breakfast, but beds could use upgrade.
Pros:

Beach was walking distance. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Beds were very uncomfortable a walls were paper thin. Could hear dogs barking and whining throughout the night. Didn’t get much sleep.

Overall was very pleased with our stay.
Pros:

The beach access excellent, the view spectacular. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast had great options. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful.

Cons:

Tile floor was not real clean. I would expect a lil sand but it was sticky.
