Pros:

Near the beach and downtown

Cons:

Room Phone is not working and did not address it. When we arrived the trash binstill full of trash. Conditioner bottle is empty.

The Hotel is located on the beach which is great. The bathroom shower is strong. The rooms were really big. The beds were comfy. There's a variety of breakfast foods.

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms for a family of 5. We couldn't get connecting rooms but the they were just a room away. Not terrible. The very first day we noticed the toilet was backing up. The wait for someone was taking too long. My husband asked for a plunger, and plunged the toilet himself. No more toilet problems after that, thank God. The second room had a Very strong MUSTY/MOLDY smell. We noticed the difference in the air of both rooms. It was not pleasant. Must pay $15/ day to park your car.🤨 Housekeeping is done EVERY OTHER DAY. NOT GOOD. For this VERY EXPENSIVE stay, Housekeeping should have come in DAILY! I'm on vacation, I don't feel like making my own bed in a hotel daily. We kept running out of dry towels and piling wet ones on the sink. My husband kept going to the front desk daily for towels, or if he ran into Housekeeping in the corridor he'd ask for towels or toilet paper. The garbage was backing up. I asked a girl from Housekeeping about cleaning the room, She said "Well what do you want?" I told her we have a few garbage bags, and lots of wet towels. She said "Oh, just put them outside the door in the hallway. "🤨 Sure enough later I saw lots of towels and garbage piled outside people's doors along the corridor. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT it's VERY TACKY. Doesn't give a good appearance. Furthermore, the rug in the corridor is so filthy you could see the difference along the edges. The laundry room has 2 outdated washers and 2 dryers. Barely any water in the washer and 1 dryer has only cold air. FINALLY, on our last day, my daughter dropped something on the floor by a table in her room, and as she was picking it up, she saw a dead roach, Really?!!! It was so GROSS!!! I don't mind animals, but there were a lot of dogs in this hotel. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

Dissatisfied in zpensacola Beach

The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We had to wait 2 1/2hours past checkin time because the room wasn't ready. Tried to get a drink while we waited but the bartender was on break for over an hour. There were dogs of all sizes everywhere. Some people had two or three. The Shrimp Boat is usually good food and good value but it was awful. The handicapped parking was turned into charging stations. They were much closer to the door than the handicapped spaces. We will not go back.

Pros:

Location, beach access was fantastic. James is very helpful, friendly and gave good food recommendations! Breakfast wasn’t bad typical hotel food.

Cons:

A/c unit leaked.. floor saturated, got our stuff wet, gave a loud fan to dry floor, female at front desk said they couldn’t do anything for us because we booked through booking.com. If they moved us it would be to a 1 bed room we needed 2. And we’d have to move again the next night. The room then smelled bad due to wet carpet. Had to go to the front desk for clean towels didn’t clean the room but once and we were there 6 days. Not that I needed it but the fresh towels would’ve been nice. And everyone leaves their garbage and dirty stuff in the hallways.

Location Is ok. Not much food around.

Cons:

Same breakfast every day kinda blah.. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pools small and over crowded no hot tub. You have to pay extra to park at the hotel 16 bucks extra a day not included. Location was good thats about it every thing else is extra. Hotel room was noisy all night long. Not much positive.

Great place on the beach!
Pros:

Proximity to the beach, the pool, and the room.

Cons:

Some staff were pretty rude. I reserved a room and got a call and hour before arriving saying I couldn’t have that room due to a water leak. It was a hassle because the staff didn’t communicate with their leadership. It all worked out and I had a nice time but that was unnecessary and an unpleasant experience.
