Bonne base pour explorer Paris !
Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel mérite des éloges. Il a aidé pour l'arrivée anticipée et le départ tardif. Bien sûr, ces services sont payants en supplément. La chambre est agréable avec vue sur le sommet de la Tour Eiffel, entourée de magasins et de restaurants, un bon endroit pour les transports (proche des bus et du métro). Le prix n'est pas bas, mais compte tenu de l'emplacement, il faut l'accepter et le considérer comme une bonne affaire. Je recommande !

Через подвійну оплату залишилося неприємне враження.
Pros:

Чисто ,охайно,гарне розташування . Є сауна .

Cons:

Зняли з карти два рази кошти .Спочатку при бронюванні на Booking 216 €, , а потім при заселенні 230 € . При виселенні сказали,що бронь повернеться .Чекаю до цих пір .Немає холодильника ,немає домашніх тапок .

Unwelcoming staff. Totally unaccommodating. With the exception of the housekeeping staff (all of whom were exceedingly professional and engaging), it’s hard to believe these folks are in the hospitality business. For example, the airline lost our luggage and the hotel wouldn’t let us use their computer to send a Notice of Claim to Delta. A four star hotel without a business center? Without an ice machine? Without an iron or ironing board? The morning we checked out the computer couldn’t prepare the bill. And I could go on. The reviews of this hotel are completely at odds with our experience. We stayed there two weeks and it never got better. A most memorable stay …. for all the wrong reasons. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Mooi hotel met werkpunten.
Pros:

Mooie nette kamer, badkamer met alle voorzieningen, comfortabel bed, heerlijk ontbijt.

Cons:

De roomservice was beneden alle peil. Ik bestelde een schotel met kaas en charcuterie en kreeg, na eerst een verkeerde levering, een kartonnen box met daarin alles op een hoopje, geflankeerd door oudbakken brood. Zelfs geen bord. Voor een 4* hotel is dit onacceptabel, temeer omdat het mij 31 euro kostte !
