Pros:

The staff was great, and the indoor pool and spa were a nice touch. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, and they changed the main protein/meal daily. They also had grab and go options. The location was perfect for attending a conference across the street. I used a Lime scooter to get back and forth and that was a fun option. There are lots of good restuarants and bars nearby and the mall is not far either. Being so close to the Riverfront Park was also very nice.

Pros:

This is a great value if you are travelling on a budget. Great location close to the convention center and downtown. Clean and generously sized rooms. Very freindly staff and fre breakfast.

It was an excellent stay overall, I would absolutely stay here again.
Pros:

Everything was pretty awesome, the room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've been to that are of this price and rating in Montana, and the staff were super nice, the breakfast options were nice to have, even if we didnt use it. The pool was nice and clean, and of course the hot tub was lovely. Very nice and clean hotel, great experience, easy to check in and out, good price, and like the best quality hotel with a hot tub in Spokane per price!

Cons:

There were some oddballs outside the hotel and some shady people with hoods and whatnot at the benches late at night but that isn't the hotels fault, that part was just kind of sketch, but that's also just how Spokane is. Also the people next to us were terribly obnixous, but again, that's not the hotel's fault, that's just unfortuanate luck.

For the price it was an excellent deal.
Pros:

Breakfast had a very excellent assortment of food. Check out at 12 noon was amazing. Front desk staff were excellent and professional. Hotel was fairly quiet.

Cons:

One elevator and it was very small. The beds and pillows weren't too comfortable.

Everyone was nice, friendly and professional. The facility was clean and breakfast was good. There are lots of great places to eat.
You've got some good employees, I hope they are taken care of.

Cons:

There were no outside areas to sit and or socialize.

Staff was fantastic bed was comfy location great
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice and much better than standard hotel breakfasts! Especially the scrambled eggs… and the option of oat-milk!
Locations for us is great

Cons:

The carpet in the room looks and feels dingy and the pattern is very hard to see things that you might drop…
Also the floor of the hot tub looked stained?dirty?
