Everything high quality
All good
The beds were comfortable.
The pool had so much chlorine it was hard to breathe.
There were ants in the bathroom.(I told the front desk in the morning) I killed to just being in there long enough to get clothes changed.
The TV was old and hard to navigate. The wifi was very slow.
There were long black hairs on my towel. I do not have long black hair nor do my 2 boys.
Only grabbed bananas
When we checked the garbage can out front was overflowing with trash…first thing u see walking in…then in the morning it was worse garbage sitting all around it on the ground workers there but no bothered to take care of it…not the friendliness at check in as I would of expected

The comfortability and breakfast
The fact that the entire time we were there the jets weren’t working at the hot tub, my fiancé informed the front desk associate on day 1 of our trip and she said someone would be there tomorrow to fix it and nothing
We have stayed here before when visiting our daughter at Hope College and decided to come back for this fall's Parent's Weekend. Rates are always hiked at all the local hotels whenever the college has an event, so we understood we were paying much more for the same room based on the weekend. But I noticed when we checked out there was a $3 fee for parking, which is just ridiculous. It's not about the $3 (believe me, it was 1% of the total bill!) but no one asked us if we actually had a car or if we used their parking lot. It just seems in poor taste for a suburban Marriott to do this. I get charging for parking in a big city but come on- this hotel is located on a street that basically has a half dozen hotels with plentiful parking lots. I am disappointed.
Vacationing in Michigan with my wife. Looked at three hotels in similar price range and location. Tried Fairfield since we had never stayed at a Fairfield. What a mistake.
Hotel is badly in need of update. Carpet very worn (and torn) in breakfast area and in room. Office chair in room had vinyl totally worn off. Overall feel of hotel was dingy and dirty. Most hotels have covered area to unload. This one does not. Check in was smooth but desk clerk totally unhelpful in suggesting restaurants and things to do in area. Would definitely not stay here again.
El trato del personal
El baño es mejorable
Seemed outdated. The elevator seemed to be unstable at times. Bed was very uncomfortable and walls seemed pretty thin as could hear everything and there was a hockey team staying on same floor, was pretty noisy
