nice people, clean rooms, good bed, smells bad (literally)
Pros:

Very nice people, room facilities were a bit older but well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Sheets and towels were clean and everything worked. Good shower water pressure. Better than I expected for the price, though the price is doing a lot of heavy lifting.

Free shuttle from the airport was nice. This was a last-minute one-night rental after my flight was delayed, and everything went smoothly.

Cons:

For the price, I would stay here again, but not for much more. While otherwise pleasant, the entire hotel smells very strongly like the inside of a cat litter box. This is not an exaggeration. A highly used multi-cat litterbox, specifically. The odor started out strong and got stronger moving down the hallway. A little better- but not gone- inside the room, which had cat scratches on the furniture. Not sure if that's a coincidence or if there is an entire feline colony prospering here. My understanding is that the odor could have other sources.

The AC was off when I checked in and the carpet was damp and made my feet a bit slick with some kind of cleaning product(?). Running the AC for a few hours helped, and it wasn't anything gross (other than that people don't expect wet feet at a hotel).

I felt safe but my rideshare driver to dinner said it's a rough neighborhood.

Overall this place was a weird experience. If it weren't for the smell and the wet carpet, it could be mistaken for a hotel costing five times more. Free shuttle from the airport was great, too bad they only start at 8am, so I needed rideshare for my way back (about $10).

A pipe burst.. felt stiffed because my stuff was soaked/ ruined and not even

Seemed like decent hotel .The older white guy at night definitely keeps the local b.s. at bay.. and the younger kid working the days was really pleasant and helpful

Cons:

A pipe had burst so woke up to it raining in my room and my stuff was soaked. They switched my room but felt stiffed of my stuff being soaked/ ruined and not even a price break on the room.
None of the entries could be opened with hotel key so u always had go to the front..

Pros:

How quick we got into a room.

Cons:

The mildew smell in the hallways, there were roaches in our room, I see 2 in the first hour we were there. The tub was dirty, the toilet had cigarette burns on it. The towels were stained brown and STILL rolled up as if they were clean. It was an overall terrible experience.

Nothing was good!!!!!!!!!!!!Drug addicts every where and I was followed to my room by some addict asking for money!I want my money back! I left and went to Fairfield By Marriot.As I was leaving OKC Police dropped off 2 more low lives!!! This place has be a half way hotel because of jail over crowding!!!!!!

I want Booking.Com to give me my money back NOW!!!!!!!!!!! Very false advertising to get your money and not know anything about this property! I will never get a hotel through booking.com ever again!!! Also Sperm stains and burn holes on bed sheets!!!!!!!FILTHY!!!!!!

PULLING UP SOMEONE IN PARKING LOT OFFERED MY 17YR OLD METH.

HANDICAP PARKING THE SIDE DOOR KEY PAD IS DEACTIVATED SO IF YOU ARE HANDICAP LIKE ME YOU CANT ACCESS THE BUILDING WHERE HANDICAP PARKING IS LOCATED.

KEY CARDS DEACTIVATED 5X AND I GOT THREATENED BY FRONT DESK FOR HARASSMENT FOR HAVING TO GO TO THE DESK EVERY TIME.HE EVEN THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS ON ME FOR HARASSMENT.

COULD NOT ACCESS THE POOL DUE TO KEY CARDS NOT WORKING.

HALLWAY HAS TWEAKERS WALKING ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT CAUSE THEY LIVE IN THE MOTEL.

HONESTLY CLEAN

TUB DID NOT WORK

HONESTLY MY 2ND WORST MOTEL STAY IN MY LIFE AND IM 40.
