Die nähe zum Flughafen

Cons:

Das Servicepersonal an der Rezeption war sehr gelangweilt und unfreundlich. Auf Nachfragen hat man nicht wirklich eine Antwort bekommen zb. ein Shuttle zum Flughafen wird angeboten aber erst ab 8.00 Uhr.Wir haben uns dann ein Shuttel über bestellt.Das war auch preiswert und der Fahrer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt zwar sehr nah zum Flughafen, es ist aber von der Umgebung her sehr laut.

Several issues that day upon arriving the initial rooms that I requested for King we’re not available side-by-side so I understand. I’ll take the queen but the bathroom door couldn’t be shut without locking the key cards didn’t work. The telephone didn’t work. The TV remote didn’t work and just top it all off when I have work to do the Wi-Fi didn’t work overall very horrible. So when I went to check out, I was told I will receive my money back for the day I didn’t even stay, it’s been almost a month and still no refund. I will never book there again and I am also very wary of using Booking.com. They are not very helpful in getting my money back neither
