I chose this property for the breakfast, and the breakfast was very disappointing.
Pros:

Room.was acceptable. Cleanliness was good.

Cons:

Breakfast was not what was advertised. I specifically chose this property because of the advertised breakfast with waffles. No waffles. Breakfast was: eggs, reheated frozen biscuits with runny gravy, shredded wheat or frosted flakes. Juice was watered-down.

Not worth the $200 I spent.
Pros:

Nothing honestly.

Cons:

The guy at the front desk was rude. The place was unclean. Both of my rooms had damage to walls and doors. Both of my rooms had bed sheets with burn holes in them so I had to get new ones. The next morning we found bed bugs on the bed. When I ask for a refund the front desk told me no because they have to do an inspection because we brought the bugs to the hotel. We absolutely did not bring bugs to the hotel

I will never be staying here again

Breakfast would had been ok if the old man jeff would use gloves to handle the food instead of his hands

Cons:

I dont likevthe racism and that the didnt give me my deposit duevto something happened with my spouse that i didn't have anything to do with nor was i present at the time

It was very comfortable, until the old man trying to charge me for pet deposit again.
Pros:

Bed and room was clean.

Bathroom and tub was very clean TY
Didn't like the long walk down the hall to my room with my health problems.
When I first got to hotel the guy at front desk check me in was real nice. Deserves a raise with his niceness.

Cons:

I arrived Wednesday afternoon, nice young man check me in, super great, I had doctor appointment Thursday morning, I have a pet, small little dog, Thursday morning I go down to the car get her cage, old man sitting at front desk was very very very rude, the old fart deserves to be fired and never work again, I don't appreciate someone with his kind of rudeness, luckily I have health problems, or I would have knocked crap out of him, but I ignored it, trying to charge me for pet deposit again. Please do something with his rudeness TY

Very frustrating, inconvenient, & potentially dangerous.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean & quiet.

Cons:

Despite Oklahoma law, Randall, the clerk, refused to honor my 100% Disabled Veterans Sales Tax Exemption card.
Despite Booking.com calling & emailing him, he still refused to honor my card. He also refused to call the hotel manager for clarification & guidance.
Despite knowing I was a mobility challenged disabled veteran, he put me on the first floor which has 3 steps to enter the hallway. I tripped & fell heavily. Luckily for you, I only skinned my shin so you avoided an injury lawsuit.
Despite a non-smoking room policy, it was hard to enjoy the pool with all the cigarette smoke.
Very disappointed hotel only offered shuttle service to the international airport from 8am-9pm: I had a 7am flight.
