Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, sehr ansprechendes Ambiente.

Cons:

Leider war die Straße Richtig Stadt sehr laut.
Nach dem ersten Tag Sightseeing in Seattle wollten wir uns im Hotelzimmer entspannen und stellen leider fest, dass kein Zimmerservice gemacht wurde. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, es wäre nur für die oberen Zimmer ein täglicher Zimmerservice geplant. Ich habe in keinem anderen Hotel in Europa oder Nordamerika und Kanada jemals ein solches Vorgehen erlebt. Wir wurden auch nicht bei Anreise im Hotel daraufhin gewiesen. Auf Bitte wurde dann ein täglicher Zimmerservice gewährt aber man fühlt sich als Bittsteller für diesen meines Erachtens selbstverständlichen Service.

Pros:

Hotel was very modern, great service from the staff and rooms were perfect. Location near the Pike place market, monorail and walkable to the Seattle needle. Would highly recommend for solo female travellers.
My flight back was cancelled and staff were wonderful and allowed me to stay past my checkout. Cannot thank them enough for the service.

Cons:

Nothing it was perfect!

Nice large rooms and location close to Pikes Public Market, Space Needle and water front.

Cons:

Downtown area has a lot of homeless people. Although I did not get accosted.

Pros:

Location! Close to everything! Even though we stayed in the room right next to the elevators we couldn't hear a thing. Super friendly and helpful staff. We fell in love with Seattle and we know where will be staying when we return.😊

Pros:

Excellent location. It was in walking distance to everything. Room was very spacious and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was ONLY ONE trash can in the bathroom. We asked for another one for the room and it never came. We also asked the cleaning lady on the hall way and she cannot speak English.

It was alright, not what i expected from the high ratings.
Pros:

It was clean, location was good - easily walkable.

Cons:

They said city view on the property, but we were facing an abandoned parking ground. Also, they failed to deliver our guest services request twice. Asked for a box of tissues and it didnt arrive at all even after requesting twice.
