It was what we needed, for the time we needed it.
Pros:

The new owners are doing a great job with keeping the place updated, cleaned, care for and organized. It's budget friendly, and pet friendly which is helpful for many who travel with pets, and need a quiet place to stay with them.

It's not the Ritz, but it's wonderful for where it is, and with all the lights and cameras, their is plenty of security to leave everyone feeling more lax while staying.
