Pros:

Liegt direkt an der Fußgängerbrücke Zubizuri.
Zimmer sind für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Gereinigt wurde jeden Tag. Es kann auch Frühstück zugebucht werden.
Personal ist hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Parkmöglichkeiten sind am Hotel begrenzt.
Parkhaus in der Nähe ca. 20,00 € pro Nacht.

Gute Lage, große Zimmer, freundliches Personal
Pros:

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Guggenheim-Museums. Geräumiges Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr freundliches Personal, das uns auch einen sicheren und trockenen Platz für unsere Fahrräder organisierte. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und qualitativ gut.

Una pequeña ciudad que supera las expectativas
Pros:

Todo estuvo genial, el personal de lo más amable, el desayuno muy completo, la ducha funcionaba bien, también la calefacción, el wifi y la tele, y la cama bastante cómoda. Sin ruidos nocturnos, al menos en nuestra habitación, que daba al interior.

Cons:

La única queja que tengo es que al menos en Booking no queda claro si la habitación es de una o dos camas.

Katastrophale Matratze aber gute Lage, freundliches Personal, unkomplizierter Check-In

Pluspunkte auf jeden Fall beim Personal und der Lage. Alle freundlich, Check-In und Check-out schnell und reibungslos, Hotel für mein Empfinden auch sehr sauber, Zimmerservice auch gut.

Cons:

Mein Matratze war eine einzige Katastrophe. Da erwarte ich für ein Hotel auch in dem Preissegment einfach deutlich mehr. Kissen soweit für mich in Ordnung, allerdings ist das Hotel auch extrem hellhörig. Kurzum: Ich habe beschissen geschlafen und das war mein Hauptgrund dafür, ein Hotel zu nehmen und kein Hostel.
Was ich auch noch erwähnen möchte: Das Hotelgym hätte ich genutzt, wenn nicht statt in Kurzhanteln bis 25 oder 30kg in 5 Cardiogeräte investiert worden wäre. Es gibt aber eine multifunktions Kabelmaschine, die ich nicht ausprobiert habe.

We loved it so much we want to come back soon.

Wonderful staff, so helpful and friendly. Amazing location, so easy to get to the city centre and major attractions on foot as well as by bus. Great neighbourhood too. Good size, comfortable room.

Cons:

Great to have a gym. The equipment needs a little attention to make it all usable.
