Pros:

This hotel was wonderful. Close to the old town and the Guggenheim museum. The room was very comfortable. The staff were warm and friendly. It was nice to cross the street and walk along the river.

Pros:

Hotel situato proprio di fronte al ponte di Calatrava, a pochi minuti a piedi dal Guggenheim Museum. La zona è tranquilla e fuori dal casino di Bilbao (siamo capitati durante la Semana Grande - delirio totale!).
Assolutamente consigliato.

Quelque peu déçue.
Pros:

L'amabilité du personnel de l'accueil qui était très disponible et chaleureux notamment un monsieur fort sympathique qui parlait le français.
L'hôtel est bien situé à distance de marche de la vieille ville, du musée Guggenheim, et des quartiers commerçants.

Cons:

Pas de bouilloire ni de frigo dans la chambre. Décoration vieillotte. Certains membres du personnel du restaurant étaient désagréables.
