Good price, lovely staff, but dirty and not somewhere I would choose to stay again .
Pros:

1. Every staff member I interacted with was always friendly and helpful.
2. The pool was nice, clean and kept in good condition.
3. Even though the hotel is close to a busy road, I still couldn't hear the heavy traffic.
4. The fireplace area was a very nice place to hang out.

Cons:

1. My first encounter in my room was a cockroach crawling across my toilet seat.
2. The rooms either next to me or above me must have taken a bath in the early morning hours multiple times. The noise from the water running through the pipes is deafening loud and woke me up (kept me up) from 2:30am on several nights in a row.
3. Quite unsettling were people (usually tradesmen) always hanging out in their cars in the parking lot playing music and drinking, with their car doors open.
4. The breakfast buffet was decent, but every morning I would come down about 8am and there was scrambled egg, cereal, and waffle batter and syrup either on the floor, all over the counter or both. Very unclean and unappetizing!
5. All of the equipment in the workout room was either broken or not working properly. Even the dumbell selection only had one small weight and the rest went from 25 lbs and up. Not something the average person can work out with.

Disappointing
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. Fast check in.

Cons:

The air conditioning/heat unit was too close to the bed so it mostly just cooled the mattress.
The front desk person basically did not interact - asked for an id, gave the keys - no greeting, Info about breakfast, etc.
The bathroom floor was clearly dirty.
The room next door was SLAMMING their door late at night and early morning - it may have been the dog they had because there is no way the door made that much noise alone.
The room was WAY overpriced - I understand it was UW graduation weekend, but by the looks of the parking lot, there had to be plenty of vacancy.
