My stay was very pleasant.
Pros:

The room was super pretty. We had no complaints. Staff was super nice. Breakfast was good.

Only negative thing is I wish that breakfast would have better hours. Have breakfast from 8am to 11am so more people could have breakfast.

Cons:

Breakfast should have extended hours.

It was uncomfortable and disrespectful

Cons:

pool and close proximity of where I needed to be.

Cons:

I had kind of noisy neighbors. I was by a block of rooms I think was rented by a family and they were kind of noisy. Maybe better sound proofing for the rooms would help.

Worse hotel ever

Cons:

Treated very poorly. The male staff was very rude disrespectful racist . Hotel room didn’t have a lock would change my room . Over changed couldn’t get my money back. I had a fire at my house. This made the experience worse

Overpriced, outdated, poor customer service
Pros:

The breakfast was very decent for what it was! The pool was great big size hot tub! Even an arcade room off the pool area even though it was starting to get run down.

Cons:

The customer service skills were more than lacking. There was no cable for the majority of my stay and the wifi was outdated and unable to connect it to things like fire sticks so the cable being out it was kind of a big deal. I paid 800 for 4 nights there was no value to my stay nothing special about the property to make it worth that much money. Mattress was very firm and old outdated rooms hotel could use a face-lift I could of looked past all of that but I dealt with more than one terribly rude employee that would make me never want to return.

While I was checking outhe person behind the desk gave me a very difficult time about getting any type of receipt to show that I stayed at the hotel. Finally, when I told her that it was unacceptable that she could not give me anything. Because it was a third party booking. He reluctantly went into the office and printed out something.

I didn’t like the fact that our Jacuzzi wasn’t working there was no maintenance man around to help out there was no other room available to move in!! I depended on the Jacuzzi due to injuries and I really would’ve liked to enjoy to soak my body such a disappointment
