It was a quick stay so it definitely handled what I needed for the night!
A few sketchy characters around but that everywhere!
We never got to actually stay at the property. It was too bad to even sit on the bed. We didn’t like a single thing there at all
Literally everything first room the floor was completely soaked with water from a pipe that had burst the weekend before and still had not been fixed. Bugs in the tub and corners of the room. Someone under the influence was sitting in front of the elevators making everyone uncomfortable second room had die carved into the door and blood in the floor we never even closed the door and went for a refund and went to a different hotel

The hotel needs an upgrade, dirty carpet, only 3 pillows was on the bed and there was a moldy smell in the hallway and room.

Mold in carpet, bed mattress, headboard and night tables dirty. Spotted a few roaches going under the old worn wall paper. The tile in shower dirty, the lighting was poor and the elevator was extremely slow.

There was only one operable luggage cart. There was NO continental breakfast served. The kitchen was out of commission. They had only one tiny microwave. Keys almost never worked for the rooms. They always ran out of towels. We didn't have soap, shampoo, or conditioner in the bottles in the bathroom. We never got clean linens for the beds. They don't have a laundry facility for guests. The wifi was spotty. It's summer and hot but the pool was out of commission. The bathroom sink leaked overnight but was replaced the next day. The tub and shower in our room leaked behind the wall, onto carpet, and to floor below through their ceiling. Was never repaired in the 2 weeks.The bathroom door touched the toilet. 2 elevators; only one worked and it would be slow or inoperable at times and we were on the 5th floor. The Sheriff's department came looking for unsavory guests on several occasions. The only good thing was that the beds were decent, shower was hot, a/c and the TV worked. And we were in a prime location for shops and restaurants that stayed open late. Only one front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating.
We had to look at 15 rooms before deciding on one to just make do for 2 weeks until our house was ready. Many of the rooms had moldy a/c units. Out of the ones we looked at, 3 had severely stained and sticky floors, 3 had severely stained sofa beds/mattresses, 3 had broken sofa beds, 3 had broken showers/tubs that overflowed or leaked and 3 had a/c that didn't work and the rooms smelled horrible. There was no trash can in our 2 queen/1 sofabed room. Some of the outlets didn't work. The only ice machine that worked was on the 3rd floor. There are 6 floors. We were on the 5th... They do not have enough housekeepers on staff but they are friendly. The maintenance crew was friendly but not equipped to repair most of the problems. (The Extended Stay up the street was in just as bad conditions. We were there for 3 nights)... The rooms are cheaper than most but we got them cheaper through Trivago and Booking.com. We had a limited budget to work with...
