The cost of having a pet along $50 is more than double other inns of the same caliber. And almost as much as my wife and I combined. Entirely too much

Cons:

Un peu loin du centre ville à pied mais 5mn en voiture.

Perfectly adequate accommodations - exorbitant pet fees
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The afternoon fresh popcorn and free soda machine were nice, unexpected bonuses. Location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and downtown district. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

I booked it through Booking.com primarily because they accepted pets. We were traveling with two small dogs. The Booking site doesn't provide a place to add pets to the reservation. While a very tiny disclaimer at the very bottom of the reservation says there may be additional charges for pets (which I didnt find until after I checked out), nothing specified how much. The pet charge was $50 per night representing a 22% increase in our total bill - I could have boarded them for around that. My problem is with Booking.com - if a hotel accepts pets resulting in additional charges, the listing should have a highly visible place to post the pets fees. Similar to what is done for parking.

Clean, affordable, nice extras.
Pros:

Extra amenities. Soft drink machine. Popcorn, water bottles. Very affordable. Laundary machines available for reasonable price.

Cons:

Nothing of note. One of my nicer stays on my trip

if In the area again, we would definitely stay here.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was very nice. We could walk when we wanted a meal. The rooms were clean and accommodating.
