Pros:

sehr herzlicher Empfang an der Rezeption (man bekommt sogar den Koffer bis auf das Zimmer gebracht)
sehr sehr geräumiges Zimmer (wirklich riesengroß mit viel Platz)
gutes und reichliches Frühstücksbuffet
schönes Restaurant zum Abendessen (man kommt sich in dem Saal vor, wie Sissi im Ballsaal)

Cons:

die Lage (Hauptbahnhof und Tempodrom sind halt doch sehr weit entfernt)
leider hatte ich eine Badewannen-Dusch-Kombination, mit nur einem Duschvorhang (Wasser spritzt beim Duschen raus)

Aber mei, das ist alles nicht so schwerwiegend, es ist so ein schönes Hotel!

Die Lage, das alte Gebäude, die Geschichte, der Zusammenhang mit den prominenten Gästen in der LibrarySuite, die eigene Tätigkeit in diesem Hotel vor genau 20 Jahren. Herr „Kesi“ und Herr „DiDi“ halten den alten Charme noch gut fest! Danke Euch beiden herzlichst für Eure Professionalität! Das Angebot und die Mitarbeiter des Frühstücks sind ebenfalls sehr positiv zu erwähnen! DANKE!

Cons:

Das Handling des Housekeepings, es fehlt an Erfahrenheit und Perfektion! Keine RoomService, kein ParkService, kein GepäckService (beim Check-In klappte es vorbildlich, beim Check-Out überhaupt nicht), kein TransferService,
der Zugang am Haupteingang über eine Holz-Teppich-Rampe, die offensichtlichen Mängel am Pool (fehlende MosaikFliesen, der untere Bereich der Säulen/die fehlende Sauberkeit), die Lüftungsschlitze…

Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Pros:

Frühstück war reichhaltig und ansprechend.

Cons:

Das Schlosshotel könnte eine Renovierung gut vertragen, da es ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

. Das Zimmer war etwas heruntergekommen, Spachtelmasse an den Wänden, alte Gardinen kaputt.

Der Mitarbeiter an der Bar machte einen lustlosen Eindruck, und verursachte Krach wie auf einer Großbaustelle Punkte

Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren nicht motiviert. Das Frühstück war teuer und dürftig.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel schöner Spa-Bereich Personal na ja Frühstück eher nicht
Pros:

Das Schwimmbad war sehr schön. Das ganze Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen hat aber trotzdem Charm. Auf das Frühstück sollte man verzichten, anstehen für Eier und Café Produkte nicht dem Hotel entsprechend. Das Personal möchte ich hier nicht bewerten.
