Tolles Hotel mit Abstriche
Pros:

Hervorzuheben ist das Personal an der Rezeption und im Gastronomie Bereich, die freundlich , zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit sind. Auch die Lage ist fantastisch und zentral.

Cons:

Für eine Suite mit zwei Zimmern und darin ein Klappbett für einen 16jährigen Jungen, ist wie schon die letzten 2 Jahre immer wieder bemängelt , nicht komfortabel und nicht dem Hotel entsprechend. Leider lies diesmal die Sauberkeit der Suite zu wünschen übrig. Alte Latschen lagen am Bett, der Kronleuchter mit ner dicken Staubschicht , der Duschvorhang vergilbt und schimmelig. Das Bad generell sanierungsbedürftig. Wir waren jetzt das 3 Jahr in Folge und Mängel wurden leider nicht behoben.

Sehr schönes Hotel und wunderschöne Anlage , tolle Lage, super Frühstück, sehr gutes Essen

Cons:

Keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, alles ziemlich klein und eng, keine Balkons, Zimmer im Neubau sehr überheizt und keine minibar und kein Room Service.

Ich habe mich nicht besonders wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Die allgeimeinen Räume waren sehr schön und sehr gemütlich. die Lage war sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es keinen Wasserkocher und Tee/Kaffeepulver. Es gab eine kleine Flasche Wasser. Die Sauna war für diese Kategorie sehr klein und sehr heruntergekommen. Die Türe hat am Boden geschliffen. Wenn im Saunavorraum drei Personen gestanden haben, war es schon zu eng.
Der Service an der Rezeption war nicht besonders gut.

Ein schönes Hotel, mit tollen Räumlichkeiten und gutem Service

Sehr zuvorkommender Empfang und hilfsbereiter Herr beim Einchecken in die Zimmer. Wunderschöne Räumlichkeiten

Cons:

Dass man trotz der hochpreisigkeit zusätzlich 250€ zahlen muss, um sich in dem Hotel am Tag der Hochzeit fotografieren lassen zu dürfen. Das Frühstück war für diese Preiskategorie nicht sonderlich vielfältig und hochwertig

Pros:

Struttura molto bella, bar pazzesco, stanza bella ben arredata, bagno eccezionale

Cons:

Il frigo bar della stanza con due misere acque addirittura da mezzo litro e niente altro, non all‘altezza di un albergo del genere, un po ridicolo

Historie, Design, Personal sehr nett und bemüht.

Cons:

Pool kühl, Sauna ausgefallen, kein 24 h Service, Bar öffnet erst um 18:00 Uhr. Frühstück nur normal
