It was okay for the most part

The size of the room and the staff friendliness

Cons:

I booked for a king size bed suite and they gave my room away and gave me a two bed suite. The room they put me in didn't have working air.

Frustrating and no body wash in the shower when I got in there.

The property was nice

Cons:

I got phone calls well after 9:00 from the main desk. When I asked the next morning for a late check out due to being woken up and having a hard time going back to sleep I was refused. Girl working the desk had no compassion about her. When my key didn’t work the next morning the same person messaged maintenance when what I needed was a new key. Maintenance man was kind and made sure everything was working before he left me.

Not a good value.
Pros:

Below average. usually these are all exactly the same

Cons:

Interior not quite up to par. Freezing in atrium. Never had room cleaned or coffee replenished stayed 3 days. No coffee replenished in room and no drinkable coffee in restaurant
