Would stay again but pray the fire alarm issues are resolved.
Pros:

The property is beautiful and convenient. However the fire alarms were going off all night keeping any of us from getting sleep.

Pros:

Atmosphere was great. Room was good. Bathroom was small. Bartender was great .

Cons:

Need more than one person at front desk when everyone is checking out. THERE WERE LINES OF PEOPLE TRYING TO CHECK OUT AT THE SAME TIME. Please have the popular whiskey in stock.

Facilities looked nice

Cons:

Had to wait in line for 30 minutes to check in. There was a computer issue, which I blame no one for. But when I got to the desk I was told my reservation was not in the system, and there were no rooms available for my family. I asked about my reservation and was told it didn’t exist and I wouldn’t be charged. No problem.
Then I look on my card and I was charged and now I am having to fight for a refund.

Pros:

Nice location and very clean

Cons:

The fire alarm went off twice literally twice in the middle of the night (1am and 330am). The staff was basically useless and people were running around trying to go down the stairs and do some exit emergency just to find out it was a false alarm. Then it happened AGAIN less than two hours later with equal confusion. Then the staff acted like this was something that happens regularly. Like wtf - would have been great visit if it weren’t for that.
