El personal muy malo, las piezas cochinas , lo pasé muy mal , pedías algo al front desk y no llegaba nunca , como toallas o almohadas y echó a perder el baño y después de varias horas fueron. Muy malo

My stay was ok. I would probably stay again but I won't be using Booking.com to make reservations
Cons:

1. After making my reservation I asked for a late check in. My question was clear but the response I received was that early check in would be available based on availability. This was clearly not the question I asked.
2. I later received a message from the hotel that included the option to use contactlesss check-in. I tried to check in contactless but was unable to do so using the HiltonHonors app but could not. I called the property and spoke to a very unprofessional sounding staff member who told me I could not check-in contactless because I booked via a 3rd party. Imagine my frustration about being told contactless check-in was available.
3. Upon arrival, the clerk could not find my reservation. The confusion, according to her, was because my name was reversed (first name was my last name and my last name was my first name).
4. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable but the HVAC was EXTREMELY LOUD. I was exhausted but my rest was limited due to the noise coming from the HVAC.
5. I was unable to login to the WiFi although I entered the correct information.

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. Loved the cooked to order omelets and dood variety. Grits were delicious. Omelet cook was quick to prepare and friendly.

Cons:

Evening Reception food selection was the same thing for several days and skimpy. Potato Chips and dip most days with few veggies. Could have been better offering, although free, could have been a little better.

Everything was perfect besides the very rude waitress will book again
Pros:

The breakfast was ok location was great

Cons:

It was a very rude waitress to 3 customers and myself the complementary area could use some meats I stayed at several hotels you all could step up your game in that department it would make your guests come more other than that it was great

Decent stay and remarkable customer service
Pros:

Kraig at the front desk is amazing. The definition of hospitality. Michael the engineer had a very positive attitude and was quick and efficient.

Rooms need to be updated. Tubs are old and dirty. Beds aren’t the best but kind of comfortable. Carpet needs to be replaced.

Breakfast was very good. Love love love the omelette station and the guy was very quick. Overall a good stay. The waterfall was working so that was nostalgia for me.
