Perfect location in a luxury space with enormous comfortable rooms
Pros:

The staff were like family. They shared in the experience of why we ware travelling as a family ( nephew’s wedding)and were very excited for us and so so very helpful and fun

A beautiful hotel of character in the most central of locations
Pros:

Unlike the little white boxes that are most modern hotels, Treasury is a charming older lady of sophistication & grace. The staff I have interacted with have all been notably exceptional in their roles; again positively differentiating Treasury from other hotel options.

Grant was awesome, helpful and friendly

Cons:

The hot water tap was crap. It took sooooo long to get got water and on 2 occasions i couldn't get hot water at all

I doubt we could have done much better
Pros:

My wife and I were very satisfied with our three night stay and I doubt we could have done much better. Our room was spacious and the bathroom outstanding, and all the staff were tremendously helpful and attentive. The location was just about perfect as we'd planned two-three evenings on Southbank (a 400m-to-600m walk tops), while close-by city side were any amount of food options morning, day and night. Make no mistake, this is an old-fashioned hotel, but all the services it provides are of a very high standard.

Kings Stay
Pros:

I had an amazing stay at the Treasury Brisbane. We stayed in a suite and it was honestly out of this world the room was huge and made me feel like royalty.
We booked a suite and were blown away by the sheer scale of the room; the high ceilings and historic charm are incredible. Beyond the room, the service was world-class. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. To top it all off, the breakfast was out of this world. It was a flawless stay from start to finish

Great hotel. Great location close to everything. Comfy beds.
Pros:

The treasury is very close to QPAC plus art gallery, museum, shopping quarter. Just a short lovely walk across a bridge over the Brisbane river. The hotel is in a heritage building & the room we were in was very spacious. Only complaint was there was one tiny little bar of soap & no shower soap or liquid soap. Concierge bought two more to our room after we requested. Beds very comfy. I’ll stay there again next time I go to Brisbane.

Cons:

Bars of soap very small. I prefer bar soap to liquid soap. Neither were in the shower.

Great experience
Pros:

Beautiful building and a very nice high ceiling room, feels like traveling back in time but also have some necessary modern parts too. Staffs were very friendly. Excellent location, close to many restaurants.

Cons:

The shower was the only minus point but I guess you can’t do much in an old building.

Everything else good
Pros:

Location excellent, added bonus of being right in the centre of Anzac Day March. Excellent breakfast choices. Reception staff helpful, especially supplying an umbrella during inclement weather.

Cons:

A 2 am fire alarm, caused, apparently, by a guest lighting a candle in their room! Only ourselves and one other guest exited quickly wearing dressing gowns. Other guests fully dressed before exiting. We passed a member of staff that carried on hoovering the carpets. We were not given enough information. And even though it was a false alarm we had to use the stairs to return to our 3rd floor room! Not good at the age of 80!!
