The young woman who checked us in was extremely sweet and polite. Once we were in bed, it was awful. It was too noisy

It was extremely noisy. The laundry facilities were on the first floor. Music was playing and voices were coming out of the facility laundry and customer laundry. But the worst part was that room 119 had bedbugs. We didn’t discover the bites until hours into our drive home. I called to report the incident and nobody has returned my phone call.
