Very pleasant
Pros:

We were traveling with a 8 week old pup and we requested first floor room so we would be able to take the pup out to go potty and even though the hotel was sold out for the night they made sure we got a first floor room

Amazing pillows
Pros:

Very nice motel! Clean n very comfy! Pillows were amazing n best biscuit n gravy I had in awhile!! The omelets were great as well!! Highly recommend

OK for a one night roadtrip stay

Our room this time needed updating and the fridge hardly worked, tv quality poor, cracked shower surround and a big paint scratch on the wall.

Terrible customer service, had to find another hotel after driving 10 1/2 hours.

Cons:

When I got there to check in, I was told by the desk personnel that I had no reservation. I pulled up the reservation. He looked me up another way, I guess, because my name appeared. He said I had cancelled it. He said there were no notes, so I had to have cancelled it.
I said that I obviously did not cancel because I’m standing here trying to check in. He said there was nothing he could do, however, if I wanted to rebook with him onsite, he could help me, but at the hotel current rate, not the rate from my reservation.
He made no effort to call anyone to see if he could get it reinstated, since my reservation through booking had not been cancelled. He said he didn’t have access to Booking.com information. I had a printout of the reservation. He didn’t even want to look at it.
I will no longer be staying in La Quinta hotels, and that is sad, because we drive 10 1/2 hrs to visit family and I’m there a few times a year.

Hotel meets basic needs. Bed comfortable

Location is good, price was right, it had cable TV

Cons:

This hotel is looking tired & the room we had needed a new or repainted vanity. The eating area for breakfast is extremely Small. The air conditioner made high pitched whine turning on & the fan only option had a loud whining sound.
