The room is clean

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, things felt disorganized. The check-in process was slow, and the staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming or helpful. I even went there twice just to confirm that i booked 2 rooms but they don’t know it.
The room itself was up to standard. It looked outdated, and cleanliness was okay. Noise was another major problem. I could hear people outside and rooms next door late into the night, making it difficult to get any rest. For a place that’s supposed to provide comfort, this was frustrating.
To make matters worse, the amenities advertised were either unavailable or not functioning properly. It says on the amenities that they have good signal but The Wi-Fi was unreliable.
Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The experience did not match the price or expectations, and I definitely won’t be returning.

Overpriced - will stay away from this line of hotels in the future.

Very much in need of wall renovation - the wind whistled through a 1/2 inch gap under our access door, ironing board was broken.
We called about the door, someone was supposed to come and check it but didn’t.

Help your visitors! Don’t allow parties past 10pm, pick up the phone and don’t sleep unless they were at the party. Disg

Cons:

There was a party above me. I called front desk and they said call after 10 and they will help. I fell asleep and woke up at 11:30, I called them from 1130-430 am as I was trying to sleep through all the noise. There had to be 20 ppl in that room. I was so tired and angry for work the next morning.

Pros:

The Room was a good size with a kitchen on a very quiet street . The Shower was good with shampoo conditioner and body wash as I forgot my shampoo so that was nice . Great location on Gorge with a veiw of the water.I absolutely loved the free parking which you can't take for granted in Victoria.

Cons:

The room heater/air conditioner was a bit loud and if you don't like stairs this may not be the place for you
