The Loft was an amazing place to catch live entertainment! The food at the Loft was delicious and the service was great!
No shuttle service
I needed to be at the Days Inn on the Harbour. When I arrived at the Uptown I showed the desk clerk my phone confirmation and asked if I was in the right hotel. He said no, I was supposed to be at the Harbour. Drove there and was told my reservation was at the Uptown. I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone trying to cancel the Uptown and book the Harbour. Desk clerk at Harbour was amazing and held a room until I was able to sort it our. I couldn't talk to a person at Booking, com after spending a long time finding a phone number. At the end of the AI conversation I asked to speak to a human. Still no resolution. Booking.com said hotel had to approve cancellation then hotel said booking.com had to approve cancellation. I was exhausted by the time that I got into my room in the Harbour. I am 75 and semi techie, my husband would not have been able to sort it out so we could stay where we needed to be. Our friends were in the Best Western next door and we were sightseeing together. They were so impressed with the Days Inn that they have already told friends to stay there and would stay their themselves another time. Better value for price.

The room was comfortable and clean, but it needs a new bed. Breakfast was good and served well.
The hotel is very tired and needs a lot of work.
