Why do you lock guests onto their floor and prevent access tothe lobby and force use of the room entry card? Entry is wide open from the street onto the floors via the same door and via external stairs. Does not make sense to me

Funktionales Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, aber deutlichen Schwächen bei Ruhe, Komfort und Zimmerzustand.
Pros:

Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Die Lage war insgesamt in Ordnung, mit Restaurants und der Innenstadt in etwa 2 km Entfernung. Kostenlose Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Positiv war außerdem eine Schuhputzstation, die besonders praktisch war. Auch wurde uns angeboten, ein flexibles Check-out ohne Gang zur Rezeption zu machen, was grundsätzlich gut zur Reisesituation gepasst hätte.

Cons:

Für unsere sehr frühe Abreise hätten wir uns ein Take-away-Frühstück gewünscht, da dieses in anderen Unterkünften problemlos möglich war. Dies wurde jedoch abgelehnt, da das Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr angeboten wird. In der Nacht kam es zu mehreren Störungen: Da wir das flexible Check-out-Angebot genutzt hatten und nicht persönlich an der Rezeption auscheckten, kam es offenbar zu einem Missverständnis im Ablauf, wodurch morgens gegen 5 Uhr mehrfach an unserer Tür geklopft wurde. Zusätzlich wurde der Wecker im Zimmer nicht zurückgesetzt und klingelte um 6 Uhr, was den Schlaf erneut unterbrach.

Das Zimmer selbst war funktional, aber deutlich renovierungsbedürftig: Der Boden war ungleichmäßig verlegt und teilweise klebrig, der Spiegel hatte Schlieren, die Fugen im Bad waren fleckig und insgesamt wirkte die Sauberkeit nicht durchgehend überzeugend. Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern waren sehr deutlich hörbar, insbesondere die Toilettenspülung und Duschen, was die Nacht zusätzlich störte. Auch der Fernseher war teilweise defekt (das Bild war oben dunkel), und der Platz im Zimmer war mit zwei Betten und wenig Ablagefläche für Gepäck recht eingeschränkt
