This hotel was great to stay with the family. The pool was really clean and the bedrooms were nice. We had a deck off our bedroom which was great.
The breakfast is very basic but fills up two teenage boys no problem.

Nous étions situés dans la vieille partie notre chambre 241 elle était à côté d’une porte qui « claque «  à chaque fois qu’une personne arrive .
La nuit du mardi au mercredi .. a été très bruyante .. tard le soir et début du bruit de la porte à 5hres du matin

The staff was super friendly, and the price was very reasonable. The breakfast/brunch was great and very convenient, which made our stay even better. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. The only issue we experienced was with the pool. The waterslide was broken, and the chlorine/chemical levels seemed quite strong, which made the pool experience a little less enjoyable. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

A 10-15 minute drive to the downtown, we were on a bus tour, so this wasn’t a big problem for us. As the bus dropped us off and picked us up later. We had time to get supper and have a walk around the downtown. We went to the theatre, while there, nice theatre.
The hotel is looking a little tired, our room was clean and comfortable. Just one elevator, but there is only 3 floors. I took the stairs several times, it was easy enough. There is a bar and restaurant, breakfast was a buffet, and was ok. The bar was only open from 5.00 pm -09.00 pm. So our first night it wasn’t available for us to use. When we were there a junior ball team and families were also staying. So, the indoor pool was getting used. They wasn’t too much noise in the hotel.

Just spent three nights at this hotel as we had to visit the veterinary hospital. We really appreciated the special rate and the convenience of being close to the hospital. The free breakfast was a bonus. The staff were all so friendly, and the restaurant food was also quite good.
The room we had was not the greatest, as the only window looked out onto a dark courtyard which offered no privacy so the curtain had to be kept closed, that along with the poor lighting in the room made the room dark and gloomy. Not great for mood, as it was already a rough time with our little cat. I might consider this hotel if we need to return, but only if there is a room with natural light. If I might offer a suggestion it would be better lighting in the room and or a privacy tint on the window.

Reeks of cigarette smoke and chlorine. Although there’s a sign posted not to smoke near doorways, there are also ashtray next to all the doors right outside the rooms. Clean, but stinky. Air conditioner was old and loud. Dated. Costs way too much for what it is. Spend the extra little to stay at one of the nearby hotels.

Front Desk wonderful! Rooms need updating. TV in our room was a computer monitor (not good). Pool chemicals were so strong that it was not inviting. Pool slide was out of service, so was many other things. To get to our room you had to go down a hallway though a dark conference room to an old door up the old carpeted stairs...to another hallway that looked like an reno went bad. Our room was old and the toilet wasted a lot of water as it just kept running. This hotel needs updating!!
