Pros:

The room size was great for the amount of people we had

Cons:

Couldn’t check in until 5pm kept saying a “maintenance issue” then we were told the water slide was out of service.

Was a disappointing stay.

Close to local amenities

Cons:

The water slide was out of order, the gym equipment was out of order, the games room had 2 games and was extremely disappointing. Not as advertised. The only reason we booked here was for those things. Very expensive stay for a very basic hotel. Myself and the were disappointed

A great place for staying in Charlottetown.
Pros:

It was simple, not pretentious. It had on site washer/dryers.

Good hotel.. would not hesitate to stay at this chain of hotels again… this was our first time

Pros:

Was overcharged on my checkout bill then I had reserved on the Rodd website (before overcharge it wasn't cheap at $350 CDN) and the room had a "wet dog" smell.

Good family hotel
Pros:

Hotel was great for our family of 5. Some quirks in our room but you get that at lots of hotels. Staff was good to deal with. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices.

Pros:

I loved the water slide and the pool. The pool was clean.

Cons:

I stayed 3 nights. One day the room wasn't cleaned only towels was replaced and 1 out of 2 beds were made. Garbage was not taken out. The game room could have been more up to date with an Xbox or something.
