Room didn't get cleaned at all one day although they took the tip!!!!
Looks quite dated. Bathroom / toilet is tiny.

We asked for extra towels a few times and it took until the next day to receive them. Otherwise the service was as expected! There is NO water fountain on the property is my only other bit of grievance.

As others have mentioned we had to ask for extra towels so our family of four had one each. We were there for four nights and our room was not cleaned after 2. When I asked at reception on our second evening , I was told my room would only be cleaned if I gave permission.

One day we were using the pool the police were onsite. They were supporting an elderly guest. This made me wonder if the hotel is used by authorities to home individuals in welfare emergencies. As I say -we did not feel threatened in anyway but it did give the stay an unusual feel. Breakfast was minimal and not of good quality as others have mentioned. But we did grab fruit and the wrapped muffins which were ok. If you are heading out for the day it was fine for something to grab. There were plastic tubs in the hallway catching water and the hotel had a bit of a rundown feel in the communal areas.

Couple extra towels needed. Only two large towels provided. We had a king room with a sofa sleeper and 4 people staying in the room. Had to go ask for extra towels and then questioned by staff if there were any in my room. They may have just been clarifying as to if housekeeping provided any at all, but it still feels uncomfortable to be questioned when a few extra towels would just be helpful in a room and party of our size from the beginning. Also there were no extra pillows or blankets which some places provide just in case. Other than that it was great.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that could be improved. When we arrived, the room only had two pillows and two bath towels for the entire room. Since there were two of us using both the soaking tub and the shower, having only two towels meant we either had to reuse damp towels or wait for them to dry. There were also only two pillows, both on the main bed, and none for the pullout couch, leaving each of us with just one pillow for the night. We did try calling the front desk to request more towels, but no one answered the phone.

The complimentary breakfast had a few nice touches, including make-your-own waffles, bagels, and individually wrapped pastries, but overall it was fairly limited. The cereal was mostly off-brand, there were only a few pieces of fruit, and the milk was served in a gallon container. There was no drinking water available, and when I asked if there was a pitcher of water for breakfast, I was told bottled water was available for purchase instead.

The juice station was also confusing—the dispenser labeled apple juice actually contained cranberry juice. The only other option was orange juice, which had an unusual color and wasn’t very appealing.

The coffee was disappointing, and the only creamer available was individual International Delight packets. There were no alternatives such as regular milk, skim milk, or almond milk.

We also found no towels available at the pool, which was inconvenient.

None of these issues would keep us from staying here again—we would. We’d simply come prepared with a few extra supplies of our own. The front desk staff we interacted with in person were friendly and welcoming, and with a few improvements to the amenities and breakfast, this hotel could provide an even better guest experience.

Peccato per il problema delle camere, all’interno sono tenute bene e pulite ma l’odore di umido e muffa credo sia un problema dell’intera struttura, la prima camera abbiamo dovuto chiedere di cambiarla, la camera che ci hanno dato era meglio, peccato fosse da 4 anziché da 6, noi eravamo 4 adulti e 2 bambini, non avevamo voglia di cambiare di nuovo, ci siamo accontentati dovendo stare una sola notte.
In piena notte il wc si è otturato, allagando completamente il bagno, lo abbiamo utilizzato praticamente 3 volte.
Ci aspettavamo un piccolo rimborso che però non è arrivato.

Bed was not good. They don't offer water at breakfast. The lighting in the room was horrible

Ask for towels, tv remote very confusing. Hairdryer didn’t work and some usb sockets only work when lights are on
