The customer service was wonderful! The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice in the restaurant, too!

Cons:

The shower rod was a bit weird as it seemed to have broken and the fix wasn’t that great!

It had a good location and staff weee friendly

Cons:

No fridge in room, no continental breakfast. The bathroom flooded from a leak in the plumbing. The remote for tv was missing button but they did give us another one. The headboard on the bed had new apparently scratched up and pieces of the headboard material was flaking off the into the bed

Monumental stay!
Pros:

It's a really cool hotel! Old school style on the outside and unique room design! Close to The Monument and outdoor recreation!
100% would stay again for events at the Monument!

Cons:

No microwave in room.
The lights above the bed only worked on one side.

Don’t recommend for the price
Pros:

It was centrally located.

Cons:

No mini fridge. No continental breakfast. Only two glasses- there were three of us. The shades were wonky. The barn door to the bathroom freaked the children out that it wasn’t private
