The bathroom was a really odd bright red color. The food was very limited and not great. The neighborhood was industrial and noisy.
The transfer offered from airport to hotel and return was fantastic value and easy to organise.
Fun place to stay close to all the cocktail bars and breweries.
Room was comfortable and location was perfect for experiencing Rapid City.
Breakfast was an extra charge.
Would be nice to have a mirror outside of the bathroom.
Was surprised there was not a mini fridge

Would have liked a refrigerator and microwave for leftovers and drinks.

Central downtown location
Bed bugs - Room 816. Unfortunately, we didnt report it (were unsure what was biting us) until enduring 3 nights of attacks and 60+ bites between the 2 of us). Asked for a room change and was comp'd 1 night (really thought it should've been more). Wont be returning here any time soon.

Beds are too soft, beddings are not cotton, in-room facilities are outdated.
