The room was great. The bathroom felt like a spa.
The lobby needs work
Neat and clean
I arrived late at night, entered a room that had florecent lights flickering, I spoke to the receptionest and she asked if I would wait so a maintanance guy would have a look... and I replied "really?"
It was late and I didnt think I had to sit around and wait for them to fix the hotel, I was moved across the hallway.This felt like visiting a haunted hotel from the 70's. The elevator clanked back and forth as the wind shook the old elevators cables. (old tech) The room was clostrophobic and lit by florecent lights, the rooms wallpaper was eerie and very old. The room had no mini bar, no safe and again, little room.
It it wasnt for the receptionest attitude, maybe it might have been barable, doubtful.

The decor seemed a little makeshift and random. Cleanliness and upkeep could use some work.
I liked how convenient it was
The customer service was wonderful! The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice in the restaurant, too!
The shower rod was a bit weird as it seemed to have broken and the fix wasn’t that great!
