I would stay here again!
Pros:

Beccy up front was amazing!! She greeted me and made me feel welcome and special! She is so much fun, and ready to accommodate. She was friendly and funny, to boot! I also was able to stay far away from the elevator, and it was so lovely and dark and quiet. Just what I needed. Thank you!!

Cons:

I saw a few cockroaches outside, which gave me the ick. And we didn't get in the pool because it looked green and/or dirty. That was disappointing.

Not very dog friendly, no good area for dogs to go to the bathroom or any dog bags, the dispensary was empty!

Close to University AND local beach.
Pros:

Location is superb for visiting CNU. FREE breakfast & in room coffee is a plus, especially that waffle maker! Pillows were super fluffy too.

Cons:

Highway noise was constant hum. Carpeting thruout Hotel was taped here and there, showing its age. Shower head pressure was so strong that it knocked wind out of my lower extremities. Felt slippery standing in tub as well.

A beautiful hotel,comfortable bed and clean facility.We enjoyed it very much and would come back again.
Pros:

Easy to find and perfect location for restaurants and bars.

Cons:

Not much,though parking was busy because of the construction trucks so we parked alittle further away from the hotel
