Que el baño no tiene ventana para abrir

Alles bestens.

There is a strange smell in the room, like some bad air freshener. Also it was a bit damp. The ventilation in the bathroom is not working, so a shower directly creates a sauna in the bathroom and there is no window to open in there.
In spite of this, we enjoyed our stay.

Was a bit further away from the center, sketchy at night.

Deberían de tener un poco mas de personal pues el encargado , es el mismo que va pro el vehículo en la noche y cierran la puerta hasta que el llegue.

Y otra no tiene cable ni aplicaciones su te, solo televisión abierta

Parking is complicated, one night we had to wait 20 minutes outside after 11pm.

Very poor standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

When we arrived we were given quite a beautiful and spacious room on the ground floor, which we were excited about. But when we entered, we were hit with an overwhelming smell ofmold due to the humidity. There were tendrils sprouting from the walls (spores? Salts? Hard to tell). There was dark mold growing in all corners of the bathroom.

The ozone dehumidifier they provided was not only incredibly loud but turned itself off every 30 seconds, which was nowhere near long enough to even make a dent on the level of humidity.

When we asked for a new room, they were quickly able to accommodate us with a new one. It still slightly smelled of mold, but not as bad as the original room.

The real surprise came when it was time to sleep. The covers had clearly not been replaced since the last occupant. There were hairs all over the bedsheets. The linen was either stained, had holes in them, and even more hair could be found in all sorts of places.

When we requested a new set, once again they were accommodating. However, the set was missing the top linen, there were too many pillowcases, and guess what? More stains, more holes, more hair. Even the duvet and pillows were stained in all sorts of brown, yellow or grey tones.

We were only staying for a night, so at that point we gave up, since it was getting late, and slept anyway.

If we were booked for additional nights, we would not have hesitated to cancel our booking and find somewhere else to stay.

Overall a very disappointing experience, which is a pity considering that the location is fantastic, the staff is very friendly and the hotel building and rooms are quite charming.

Too bad none of this makes up for the inadequate standards of hygiene and cleanliness and high price for what we got.

Unless they completely improve their room turning process, and get some new clean linens, I’d recommend to avoid at all costs. No chance the current rating is accurate.

-La señorita de recepción no quiso guardarnos el equipaje mientras íbamos al museo a pesar de que todavia faltaba una hora para la hora del check out.

Nada qué decir negativo. Todo muy bien
