Muy buena atención y ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación está perfecta, cerca del zócalo 5 min caminando, tiene convenio con un restaurante Los 3 gallos con el que se comunica directamente desde el hotel, buenos precios del desayuno

Cons:

La calidad de las toallas pudo ser mejor al igual que el sistema de presión de agua pues desafortunadamente se tiraba una cantidad considerable de agua antes de que saliera el agua caliente

Un bel bâtiment, mais un entretien décevant.
Pros:

La localisation est idéale, à deux pas du centre.
Le réglage et la pression de la douche étaient parfaits, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.
Le personnel de l’accueil était souriant et agréable, avec une mention particulière pour le garçon présent le soir, très sympathique et accueillant.

Cons:

C’est dommage, car le bâtiment est vraiment beau, mais l’entretien laisse clairement à désirer. On remarque des clous dans les murs, des murs sales, un rideau en plastique peu esthétique, ainsi qu’une odeur désagréable après le ménage, probablement due au produit utilisé ou à une serpillière mal entretenue.
Pas d’après-shampooing et un sèche-cheveux qui ressemble à un petit jouet en plastique cassé et qui, surtout, ne chauffe pratiquement pas.
Le bar-café confirme malheureusement plusieurs commentaires négatifs. Service long et le serveur n’était pas souriant et semblait débordé alors qu’il y avait pourtant peu de monde. L’assiette nous a été servie tiède. Seule bonne surprise : une très belle salade verte accompagnée de pommes et de fraises.
Au final, un beau bâtiment avec du potentiel, mais un niveau d’entretien et de service qui n’est pas à la hauteur du lieu.
