Staff at checking was friendly and efficient

Cons:

Second day we were there, we went to the free breakfast and there was no regular coffee made and no eggs and sausage available as was there was the previous day. They seemed to have no staff attending the breakfast bar.

All staff were wonderful, the breakfast was great, the room was exceptionally clean and cozy, and I love the sauna
