That staff were rude, the hallway smelled weird, and there were odd stains on the wall that looked like bodily fluids. The woman who checked me in was irritated because I interrupted her personal phone call to check in. She didn't tell me where my room was or how to find it. When we finally found the elevator, (that had an expired elevator permit), we got our room and discovered a huge stain on the wall that looked like what I hope was just spit and not another type of bodily fluid.

If you’re on the first floor you can hear every single footstep as they squeak the floor. The room smelled like feet, and the room felt a bit damp even though they set the AC to 61. That’s not a typo. The pool house paint is peeling off in chunks and it looks like the wooden ceiling is starting to come apart.

There was no sausage with breakfast or apple juice. There was hair on the bathroom floor as well as the tub drain. Everything else was pretty clean but I disinfected myself. One wall of the pool room was peeling,

The mildewed smell

The lobby doesn’t stink… you get to the rooms old musty smell they are so damp the sheets feel wet when trying to sleep, so gross would not stay again we booked late at night to get 6 hours of sleep during a 19 hour drive I would not bring a single thing in this room the smell was so bad in the room the sheets smelled musty the previous people’s food still in the fridge the only reason we slept here is pure exhaustion & thankfully no visible bed bugs

Toilet had urine stains on it, bugs on the floor and when I pulled sheets back fo inspect bed there were hairs all over. Ask for my money back all but $50 because I needed a shower badly. They agreed to that, then later that night was charged for $55 and $114 rather than a credit for $114. Now they are playing with my card. An actual credit for $169 followed immediately by a charge for $164. I have had to block my card until this gets straightened out.

The whole place was super unclean. Stains on the bedding the floor and the walls. The bathroom was the worst of it, it had a gas station feel to it, the tub was very scuffed and rusted and made it look up clean. The floors were sticky. The worst part was that our toilet paper roll that was on the holder was damp and moldy, and had prints from the blue wrapper on it. So it seemed like it was damp before they took the wrapper off and put it on the holder, which is super gross. The breakfast area had flies everywhere and everything was running out or was many never filled even though it wasn't that busy. It definitely was bot worth the money and if I had the extra money we would have moved to another place for the night.

The facilities are a bit dated, but sufficient for a night.

Nada porque no pude alojarme ya que cuando llegamos con mi familia luego de manejar más de 650km estaban sin luz y la recepcionista ANDY nos dijo que no podía hacernos el check in por estar sin sistema, entonces nos dijo que se iba a encargar de la cancelación sin cargo porque era un problema de ellos, a lo cual tuvimos que retirarnos y manejar 80km más hasta. Benton y alquilar otro hotel.
Ahora estos estafadores no me reintegran el dinero no me responden los msj y Booking no se hace cargo! El teléfono que publican del hotel es erróneo y tuve que buscarlo por internet!
Iniciaré las demandas necesarias con el hotel, contra la recepcionista y contra Booking por exigirme las pruebas a mí de que el hotel estaba sin luz y no exigirle las pruebas al hotel donde tienen que tener mi Id y firma de consentimiento que estuve alojado ahí realmente.

The bathtub was not very clean. There was pink mold in some places, there was other people’s hair strands in the tub, and there was clearly water damage that was painted over inside the tub. The toilet tank seemed like it needed repair too (it took about 5 minutes to refill). The towels and blankets didn’t smell very clean and the room smelled musty.

Between Expedia, booking and the hotel they tried to charge me more for the rooms than what my confirmation email said. I have to have a discussion for at least a half hour stating I wasn't paying them more then what I had in writing. When filling out the request for a reservation, one of the options I had, was "do you want to pay for it now or when you leave." I chose to pay for it, in person when I leave. Somebody charged my credit card at least two week before I was going to be there. The pictures on their web site look very impressive, but it doesn't look like that at all. The breakfast didn't have any coffee, there was only white dried up bread for toast. Very limited items for breakfast.

The building was run down, our room had a leaky ceiling when it rained, which it did most of our stay. The water pressure in the bathrooms was terrible, struggled to get shampoo rinsed out of my hair. They did have breakfast but it was slim pickings.
