I would **not recommend this hotel to anyone**. The man at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. I paid for multiple days but ended up leaving early because of how uncomfortable the environment was — and when I asked for a refund for the day I didn’t stay, he refused. Instead of trying to resolve things calmly, he actually CURSED ME AND MULTIPLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE AGENTS OUT AND EVEN TOLD ONE "WE DONT GIVE REFUNDS IN AMERICAN" , all while he's indian, sir please dont get beside yourself now becuase ICE will get him right together.
The place itself is **outdated and poorly maintained**. The rooms look like they haven’t been updated in decades — old carpets, worn furniture, and that musty smell you can’t get rid of. There are **no amenities whatsoever** — no gym, no pool, no proper smoking area, nothing that most hotels at this price should offer. It’s definitely **not worth the money**.($378 a week for NOTHING)!
On top of that, the manager’s attitude made me feel **unwelcome and discriminated against**. It’s sad to see that kind of behavior still happening in 2025.
If you’re considering staying here, **save yourself the stress and go somewhere else**. There are plenty of other hotels nearby that treat guests with respect and actually value customer service. This place needs serious management changes and basic renovations before it’s worth staying at again
Roaches everywhere, dirty everything
I did not use the laundry service. I thought Parking was just great.
The place is outdated and needs to be teared down. The sofa in my room was probably made in the 70's. TV had no cable service. No USB charger anywhere.
Stayed for several months for work purpose . And my whole stay was enjoyable and pleasant. From assistant with great customer service at the front desk , to awesome team of housekeeping.. Well of around applause 👏
I like it.
Room smelled bad.
Excellent, friendly staff and clean rooms
Roaches, ants and junkies. Place is in need of wall cleaning and didn’t have a stovetop. The other guest was very friendly but will never stay here again!
************?****
Disgusting place to stay used soap when we walked in the bathroom. Went to take a shower and the placement for the shower hose broken and all the water gets all over the bathroom floor bed looked like somebody stayed and all they did was just fix the blankets but not replaced its creepy and dirty never going back.
It was fairly easy to check in. I had to find the correct doors to access my room closest. The ice machine was not on so I could not rely in my cooler to restock with ice. I managed my own removal of trash from my room and did my own bed. There was no hair dryer or shampoo. (But I had shampoo packs from a previous hotel in my bag.) I was OK with minimal room services. The room refrigerator was all cold and no freezing which was OK. I was able to chill my ice packs enough to use for my cooler. There were outlets to plug in a laptop and charge my phone. It felt like I was using my apartment unit rather than a hotel room. I liked the close access to Doraville Station. I am likely to stay here again, now wiser about what is included or not so I know what to pack next time. If you are here mainly to have a clean room and doing other activities elsewhere, this is fine.
No laundry, small rooms, cleaning staff is rude
In 5 nights house keeping came by once. The building was falling apart, holes in the walls, molds on the bathroom ceiling, etc
The daytime older gentleman was annoyed we arrived early. He got a room. It smelled like smoke and @$$. We asked for another room. This clerk was friendlier. He looked as if he were searching. He had the security guard (nice fellow) go with me to change rooms. The new room was better but smelled musty. Once we got settled, we observed lamps cracked tear in the carpet, the bottom pard of the bathroom door had been shorn off, the ceiling over the tub was coming apart.
Be careful with the deposit probably won’t get it back
Quite nice attentive
The desk guy was nice.
