Espaço apropriado para viagem em família.
Pros:

O hotel é bem novo, e super perto de restaurantes e shopping, meus principais objetivos na cidade. Hotel limpo, camas confortáveis, restaurante com poucas, mas boas opções.

Cons:

O atendimento no check-in foi um pouco confuso. A atendente parecia não entender exatamente o que queríamos. Mas no fim deu tudo certo. Não teve nada que eu possa apontar como ponto negativo.

Hotel was wonderful, as a statement from Global traveler
Pros:

Good value with room deal

Cons:

Marriotts systems did not recognize your Confermation number. Marriotts corporate phone system and structure sucked. Very confusing and not coordinated internally. Called to notify of late check in and had to call back twice to get it done, after M-Corp booking informed me they could not contact hotel to tell them I needed late check in.

Update the property to 2026 Marriott standards.
Pros:

Very convenient location.

Cons:

Room and bathroom walls were dirty. The white shower curtain was also dirty with visible, physical 'things' on it. I checked in at 4 am but they insisted I still pay for the full prior day. The hotel is extremely dated to be placed in the middle of an up-and-coming city center that flaunts a certain level of wealth.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

I was put up here by American Airlines due to a missed connection. The hotel was nicer than I expected and is in a very nice part of town. Didnt get to do much as i was only there for 12 hours.

Good place to stay but double check your bill.
Pros:

It was convenient to my Appointments

Cons:

Having to pay for parking. And a $120.00 error ( over charged)made on my bill. Had a pet cleaning and pet staying added to bill and I didn’t have a dog with me. But was able to talk to manager,who promised to remove charge that day.That hasn’t happened yet. But hopefully it will get corrected soon.
